All the girls besides I think the manager, makes my smoothie the way I like it. Sometimes i go in and the manager is nice and others she seems like she had a bad day. What's crazy is I asked for less than half peanut butter, that I like it plain as a joke so she could understand how less I am talking about and she tells me I need to ask for a quarter amount of peanut butter and laughs... When everyone else makes it correctly when I come in. When she makes it I'm already expecting it to be wrong. She gave me a "test cup" to see if i liked it and i thought that was thoughtful at first, and i said maybe less peanut butter and she didnt offer to remake it. Counter-productive. And I think next time I'm gonna ask for a different employee to assist me. There's nothing funny about messing up someones food or drink when theyre a paying customer + i'm always nice. Telling someone how they're suppose to have their smoothie not knowing their diet restrictions is crazy to me. I usually always tip on to go too so it's even more frustrating. Read moreWow, just left this store. The attitude is absolutely outrageous, from the manager to the cashier, attitude from start to finish. Not only will they get your order wrong and charge you for the mistake, but they’ll make sure they finish up your visit with a sarcastic remark on your way out. Mariana the manager was absolutely AWFUL, the MOST unhelpful, but she sure knows how to be super helpful and friendly to the Caucasian customers that came after me though. Work on your attitude Mariana because your team is taking after you. If I could give this store zero stars I absolutely would but the star is to the ONE super friendly employee, she was welcoming and GENUINELY nice. Read moreIt’s a shame that this place has very poor customer service. The smoothies are delicious but the employees are young and they don’t seem to care that they have to tend to paying customers. I get it, but you are being paid to do your job. Been here twice and had the same experience. They don’t acknowledge your presence until it’s your turn to order. Long wait times for simple smoothies and people cut you in line or the employees take people ahead of you who come into the store after you. No “we’ll be right with you.” The staff also have personal chats amongst themselves. There needs to be better training implemented...
