ROYALTEA Waterford — Restaurant in Alafaya

This is my second time going the first time was a bit off putting because they don’t use gloves and the one guy was rubbing his nose making the orders.

Today I the younger kid with the glasses was using cleaning products so as I was ordering I asked the young girl if she could tell him to wash his hands before making my order. He looked at me with an attitude then went to go wash his hands huffing and puffing. I was just standing there with my face on the floor like why is it an issue to ask to wash your hands so that there isn’t any cross contamination of cleaning fluids and our teas. So after he finished washing his hands he went to the back where the manager was to complain about having the request to wash his hands he made. So instead of ordering or asking to speak to the manager about the kids attitude. I just ended up leaving without making a stink. This newly opened milk tea place is very clean and has a comfortable atmosphere for anyone to enjoy a great time with their friends. There are a lot of different options to try on their menu as well; we decided to get Royal Bubble Tea and Mango Yogurt for take out, and we were only in the store for about 5 minutes! The employees are friendly and works really fast (there was one other customer ahead of me and several people in the store so I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to get our order in such a short time). RoyalTea is an excellent addition to the Waterford Lakes Town Center. The interior decor is modern, minimalist, and stylish. The store is clean and nice. The service is friendly and helpful. The ladies at the reception were patient with me and answered all my questions. There’s a good variety of drinks including tea, juice, and yogurt. There seems to be only tapioca boba.
