Worst customer service ever. If I could give zero stars I would. It was my first time visiting and the older man at the counter spoke to me in a condescending tone right from the beginning, mansplained and made me appear like I didn’t know what I was asking for and would cut me off mid conversation. He offered me a product that wasn’t what I was looking for then said the product I needed wasn’t in stock. Didn’t even tell me what it was called or what it was. I’m good faith I asked when he would possibly receive it he said he didn’t know and didn’t know how much it even cost (I asked because nothing has prices) as he continued with a condescending tone throughout. He offered me zero solutions, was rude to me in front of my kids. I will never visit again and will tell others how bad they treat customers. Left disappointed. I had high hopes for this place based on their reviews but don’t let the good reviews fool you this place needs that man out and someone else to manage it. I try to never leave negative reviews anywhere but this experience really made me feel unsettled, attacked and extremely disappointed . I have 10+ years of customer service skills under my belt. This man who looked like someone’s tio with a mullet and all was the epitome of extremely bad customer service....

A Pet Store That Cares!

I had an overall great experience with this store. From the initial phone call to the in-store visit, it was a huge relief. The staff were incredibly helpful and made a genuine effort to assist me in finding a harness small enough for my extra-small chihuahua puppy. They took their time to find the perfect one and even helped me fit it on him.

They were so helpful and not pushy at all. It's great to know we have a specialty store like this in town. The store has been expanded offering more selection and organization, they have a wide variety of premium dog food and accessories for your pet.
