Mundo Snacks nieve .elotes y mas... — Restaurant in Alamo

We stop here every time we visit the valley. We always get an elotes and fruit cups. The staff has always been polite and helpful especially the awesome young man in the produce section. Today..same sweet experience with the store part. The Lady at the window was NOT rude but she wasn't friendly either. The fruit cups had 2 rotten grapes 1 had a tiny bit of mold started. The elotes was terrible this time! Im so disappointed! The corn was still raw and was white corn..no flavor..didn't seem like it was traditionally cooked elotes. Mayne it's just the white corn..idk but YUCK!! I hate leaving reviews like this but the mold rotten grapes is inexcusable when you have a person hand picking and placing them on the TOP of the cup! I seriously thought this place was good. I seen it was an4.4 star. But no way first of all ordered a agua de limon and it barely had taste of lime or wasn’t sweeten . I also got tostadas with salsa and cheese. And the salsa was cold, green and no salt. I then got a picadilly and it looked all good but the ice looked like a ball of ice that they had frozen and just dumped in. It’s supposed be like shaved ice. I love your nieve de fresa natural. I live far from you guys but I make my husband make a trip over there at least twice a week. A little bit pricey but very much worth it. From a 1- 10 scale ten being the best I give you guys a 20. 08/28/23 question, did you guys changed or added ingredients to your nieve natural.
