Peter Piper Pizza — Restaurant in Alamo

Would never in this lifetime or the next recommend this location to host what is supposed to be a memorable event for a child’s birthday. 1 hour and a half of being patient with 3 tables full of guest and not 1 slice of pizza been served, I brought the attention to management in hopes to get a professional and understanding response of my frustration and embarrassment to my guest; said he would not change how he was running his facility that evening. Didn’t offer and apology didn’t in the least try to sound considerate or understanding. Instead raised his voice in frustration over multiple angry guest with the same complaint and stormed off to the back. Continued to demand a payment of the party package 1 hour and a half of not having food served or balloons brought out as part of the package promised. I have never dealt with more unprofessional management in my lifetime I am so utterly disgusted, disappointed, and embarrassed to say the very least. . Very disappointed . I took all my grandkids and daughter's to have a nice meal and a good time to the Alamo Tx Peter piper pizza. We order 4 pizzas and some hot wings and drinks. Sat down by the games area. As we started to eat my daughter went to get a high chair for one of my grandkid. I saw her going through all the high chairs and came back empty handed and told me they were dirty. I went to make sure I get a clean one, to my disappointment, they all were grossly filthy with fresh and old food particles. I ask for the Mr on duty and came to my table and told him to please provide me with a clean one. He just said yes!!. Left the dirty one still on my table, after 10 min a young boy showed up to clean it and gave him a 5 dollar tip because he was trying to clean it but couldn't cause the old food was so stuck on the chair . I spend close to $70 .00 To end up leaving with two cold pizzas. What a disappointment. The manager could 've at least apologize for the inconvenience and act to solve the issue on hand. This place need a leader not a boss. I could have spend less than that...

Food was good. Only thing I didn't like was that around 945-950 I saw one of the dish washer worker lady dump out a full urn of their sweet tea. That is my drink that I get. I don't get soda or their lemonade. Keep in mind the location doesn't close till 11pm. I asked for them make some tea since it's way too early to throw it away. The lady didn't want to do it because she's lazy to clean after. That is very bad and really poor management. If you don't want to work and follow correct procedures then get another job, and hire someone who is willing to do job procedures right. Another employee decided to make tea himself which I appreciated but the "pre-closing" actions of throwing away full tea and closing ice cream machine and other things to prevent me as a customer to enjoy my beverage while opened during hours isn't allowed.
