Bad customer service. Unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend. My husband went in to pick up our order of balloons that I had placed. They told him that two of the round iridescent balloons I had purchased didn't float, so they replaced one of the two with one star balloon, but they still gave us the one iridescent balloon that didn’t float because she claimed that they had already put helium in it.
