I went to this whataburger in Alamo drive thru, ordered 3 piece chicken strips, they gave me the order and asked guy in the drive thru if they had any kind of hot sauce, he couldn't explain they didn't have any, then the woman behind him started getting mad for no reason, so they gave me only the food, but didn't give me the drink, I asked for my drink and they gave it to me with an attitude, like it was my fault they didn't give it to me in the 1st place, also they wanted me to move but there was a car in front of me, which they messed up their order, they kept telling me to move, they even told me to go around the car and over the curb, I am not damaging my car because of their mess up, when I got home, I noticed both the chicken strips and fries were overcooked and they looked like they were made a long time ago, they were reheated, I thought about returning to whataburger, but it was a long way, and didn't have time, had to throw them away, and bought something else, bad service, bad food, waste of money and time, I will not be returning to...

There was error with my order placed on the app. I placed order for breakfast before 11:00 set to pick up asap but when I got there I was told it was pickup for 11:05 pm. When I said that was obviously a mistake and I was there to pick up the order I was told they couldn’t make my order because it was already 11:05 am past the breakfast time!!! When I asked to cancel and refund my order manager just rudely said I could do all that in the app and walk away to the back!!! Look I may know how to place an order through the app but I by no means familiar with canceling process and could have used a little help. Read moreThis was our go to location for many years, unfortunately this changed after our last visits. Something is always missing in the order, last time I went there I was waiting at curbside for close to 20 min and they never came with my food, I had to get down only to find everyone running like chickens without heads, which is understandable they are a very busy location but what was upsetting was that the managers where just there sitting down and joking around. I asked one of the managers for help and they kept directing me to the employees by the counter. After waiting another 15 min I finally got my order only to get home missing a whole meal, I went back to the restaurant and the managers sat down gave me so much attitude asking for proof that I didn’t get my meal.. they finally replaced it.. does not end there.. I got home and started eating my burger.....
