Went to try (drive-thru) for first time on 2/2/2018. Car in front took almost 8 minutes to complete order. I was annoyed at car first, but then my turn, and learned why. They were out of white rice and wouldn't have any more for at least an hour. They tried to avoid that issue at first by suggesting i put my main dish on fried rice. I was puzzled why they were so insistent until i said, "No, I want steam white rice!" Then the truth came out. The voice on the other end of the mic seemed so disingenuous with first trying to avoid the issue, as if just to make a sale. All I could think was "What Chinese restaurant worth their weight in salt would ever run out of white rice?" The voice asked if I wanted to order. I replied there was no point in ordering a main dish without white rice to put it on so I passed on making an order. That's when I was forced to wait in the drive-thru line because there is no bypass lane once your in the lane and the voice screwed around with me long enough to allow another two vehicles to get behind me. The management of this restaurant needs to be fired and replaced with a person capable of making sure the restaurant doesn't run out of white rice. I don't think I'll return to this restaurant and I suggest you be very careful about getting in the drive-through lane lest you get stuck like I did. Read moreWe placed an order online from the Panda Express website and went to pick it up - they never got the order. (Even though we received a confirmation online of the order, and our pre-payment.) When we arrived to pick up, they had to look, but found the order in their email and prepared it while we waited. They gave us a free fountain soda for that mix-up. We were on our way in about 15 minutes.
The food was not fresh. Almost all of it was of the quality that it had been out, sitting under a warmer all day. This was at almost 5pm, so I'm guessing that it had been the case.
Pros: The staff were kind, apologetic to the mix up with not receiving the online order, and professional in trying to resolve the issue. The interior of the restaurant is inviting and warm, albeit brand new.
Cons: Food quality isn't great. It would probably be best quality early in the day. Maybe a good spot for lunch? We hadn't ever been to a Panda Express before and were hoping it would be better than a fast food joint selling Chinese - not so. If you're wondering; "Small" size entrée for egg rolls means 1.

We waited patiently out front and people in the drive thru proceeded to get their food while we waited. We decided to go through the drive through and get our food. We got the food then asked for a refund. She then asked for the food back and we gave it back to her thinking she’d give us more and our refund but said that since we asked for a refund we got it. After we waited 30 minutes she didn’t care. It’s fast food and it shouldn’t take that long for some noodles. I don’t recommend coming here. They don’t care how long you wait.
