Excellent experience, great folks all the way around. I visited all of the various spa storefronts in Anchorage and settled on Arctic Spa for a variety of reasons. Not only is the quality and design of their product superior for our climate, but they're great to work with. The other stores I visited spent an inordinate amount of time trying to talk me into features that add a lot of $$$ to their bottom line but didn't really appeal to me. The Arctic Spa folks were not pushy at all, rather very knowledgeable and patient as I learned about their product and made my decision. Today was delivery day and the crew was fantastic; very professional and extremely skilled. As our hot tub took about 4 months to get to us due to having to be built and us throwing upgrades in I must say now that it’s here it was so worth the wait!! Christian was so awesome to work with he was giving us updates about our tub all the way threw and when it got delivered he stayed till it was filled and up and going which surprised me but must say it was grade A service !! I say if your like us and want to add stuff just be patient and you’ll receive the best hot tub your $ can buy!!
