Subway — Restaurant in Alaska

We got dinner from the drive thro the 1st female was really customer service oriented but she forgot to give us 1 drink. We went to a park to eat and play and noticed the drink was missing, so I called and told the guy worker about it and he said "What do you want me to do about it?" Well we went back after eating and playing (money is money) and told the shift supervisor she apologize and gave us the drink and cookies on the house. Well my daughter got and email w another apology and coupons for our next time. If the guy said "Well we close at 10 pm" or something of the sort would have been better. My daughter used to work at Subway so she knows the ropes of what was going to happen. Just hope our next visit...

Iam So Greatful on How The Shift Manager At This location (Michelle I think) treated me so kind, was so precise and just so great I can't Express how she made me feel 😊.I work in the medical field and I work long hard hours and I'm so exhausted all the time.... 2 days ago at the other Subway the one by Walmart on diamond. treated me like garbage I was so upset how the man talked to me like I was an idiot. Ordered Thursday 6/12/25 at 4:20pm and the lady working on shift with glasses did an amazing job on our sandwiches!! I asked for extra veggies and I got them! This turkey sub with extra veggies hit the spot. Whenever they have the buy one get one for $1 foot long or the buy one get one free we take advantage!
