Bought a Samsung USB-C charger before a trip, first time using it I discovered fast charging wasn't working, two different devices said they would take over 8 hours for a full charge.

Attempted to return the charger but was told that the only way to return is if they had tested the device in store at time of purchase and confirmed it did not work at all, which seems bonkers to me.

Manager stated he was completely powerless to accept faulty device returns, and implied I was trying to abuse return policy by charging my device then returning it, as though I would never need to charge my devices again.

I accept that it did charge slowly, and that businesses like this will charge more to cover the cost of employees, overhead, and shipping, but for $34.99 on a device that cost $19.99 elsewhere I expect it to work as advertised and not at half capacity for twice the price.

Severely overpriced and terrible customer service.

Bought a pair of kids wireless headphones that were really expensive. Walked out and opened it, noticed there was no charger included as the box said there should be. Went back in within two minutes, told the employee and she said there was nothing she could do because I could be lying about it and already left the store. Annoying as that was, she said the only option is buying a charger that cost the same amount as the headphones themselves. Gross tactic...

I had a 10% off discount code and I went in and asked for the AirPods Pro (which are $50 overpriced) and ihad I told her I had a 10% off discount code and the lady at the desk just shook her head at me. I asked why are you shaking your head at me?
