The Starbucks located inside the Anchorage Alaska Airport is definitely worth a visit. Their staff is incredibly friendly, greeting each customer with warm smiles and making the extra effort to ensure your experience is positive. The Triple Tall Latte is a must-try; the blend of flavors is absolutely delectable and it hits the spot, especially for a post-flight pick-me-up.

That being said, the service speed experienced some hiccups during my visit due to some issues with their systems. This led to a slightly longer waiting time than usual.

Bought a cup of hot coffee latte here and the taste was surprisingly bad, the worst of all cups of coffee I ever got from Starbucks. Also, the napkin and sugar stand was so dirty and I don't even want to touch anything there. The espresso is made from machines and I don't understand how could the girls can make the coffee taste SO BAD. (I have a Breville Espresso Machine at home and I make coffee latte everyday using Starbucks coffee beans)

Worst customer service ever by the girl with long black braids. So young, So rude. Shame. I think she knew she was rude because she turned her name tag over so I could not get her name. 8/16 at 6 AM. She was working at the terminal C Starbucks location. Tried to find a number I could call to advise Starbucks of their weakest link. Could not find one.
