If I could give no stars I would. My Dad bought me this 2018 chrysler pacifica van cash for 10k not even 2 minutes into driving it away the service engine light came on and started flashing. I've had 3 mechanics try and figure out what's wrong with it. A week later its broke down in my driveway, engine locked up with no answers. MNM will not help us. They said sorry kid theres nothing we can do for you. It was fine when it was here. Funny how the service engine light comes on after driving it off the lot. Sounds like someone had the light turned off. Thanks MNM soooo much. I have 3 kids 2 of them are special needs and now im left with no transpertation to get them to their appointments, my dad died tuesday. He knew he was sick and he wanted to make sure me and my babies were gonna be okay. Please dont buy from them
Since I cant reply to your response. Ill edit my post. What isnt true about what I said ? You gave us a 3k discount because my dad had 10k cash for a vehicle that I was able to drive for a week and has a locked engine in my driveway. You bought this van from auction and your telling me theres no room to help because you gave us a 3k discount. We paid you 10 thousand dollars for a van yall probably got for less than 3k so dont even pretend. I have called 3 times asking for your help, Lisa has turned me away EVERY SINGLE TIME. She said she spoke with the owner to see what she could do and was told sorry kid cant help you. Yes you did send us to YOUR mechanic and literally replaced something, reset the service engine light and 2 days later my engine is locked in my driveway. Please tell me how your going to help me? I've called and kindly asked if you guys could please let rent a vehicle until I can afford to get the van fixed, you told me no. Every phone call has been no cant help you we already gave you a discount. Please let me know how is it that your "not going to leave me in the dust"...
Read moreWent and test drove a 2013 Chevy Traverse on a Sunday and noticed aggressive shaking and rattling around 2k RPMs. Once done with the test drive, we told the salesman who brought it to the attention of the Owner. The Owner, with us in the car, took the vehicle for a drive and noticed the same issue. Once back at the dealership, the Owner kept saying he will have his mechanic look at it and get back to us Monday-Tueasday promptly to let us know what the issue was. We were also asked to submit the credit app for the car so we could finalize financing. I never submitted a credit app because I wanted to hear back from them in regards to what was wrong with the car. Come Friday, no phone call was made to me. I called the office (Owner answered phone) to find out a status on the car, just to be told it was sold wholesale because the transmission was too costly to fix. He also stated he never revieved my credit app, which is why he never called me. I told him I was not going to submit for a credit app until I was for sure going to purchase a car. Salesman ends the call with 'ya win some, ya lose some' and hangs up on me. Communication is definitely needing improvement. I'm glad they didn't try to sweep it under the rug, but the fact that a car drove like that on a test drive, is shocking. From our experience, it certainly felt as if the car never went through inspection, let alone a test drive prior to having a price...
Read moreI always drive by this dealership and see their sign saying, "we buy used cars" so I thought I'd stop by with two of our vehicles to see what they'd offer. I was blown away by their laid back approach from start to finish. They are not the stereotypical dealer you always hear about. When I brought the first vehicle by it took less than 10 minutes for them to get the vehicle information, book it out and make me an offer. One guy from start to finish. I was hoping for a little more on this vehicle (only $500 more to be exact) so they offered me a consignment option which I gladly accepted. One form, one signature and the deal was done! On my second vehicle it took the same amount of time as well - about 10 minutes. Their offer was fair so I agreed to sell it to them on the spot. I handed them the title, gave them three signatures and they gave me a check. The entire transaction with one person and it took less than 25 minutes! Great experience, no pressure, easy...
