I can say this is the worst fast food restaurant in Albany. Like I get it’s fast food it’s not gunna be great but this restaurant is seriously going down hill. I eat here frequently due to it being the closest to my work and don’t really have time to go elsewhere, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I’m disappointed. But I will just go off today’s experience. It takes 20-30 mins just to get my food from the time I order in the drive through (1 car ahead of me) I ask for a meal for the sandwich I got and didn’t get my fries. (When I got to the window I asked for ketchup FOR MY FIRES!) I asked for DR. Pepper and when I received it they gave me room temperature soda with no ice. The breakfast sandwich bread was beyond stale. And the tacos were so overcooked the meat was pretty much dehydrated. I never received a receipt so I couldn’t go back and ask for what was missing (that and I had no time because I had to get back to work due to it taking to long) and that’s just todays experience! Other problems I have in general, their always out of stock on things, they will be open and i will go to the drive through and sit there waiting for somebody on the speaker, I give up after 10 mins and go in and tell them I’ve been at the speaker and they laugh and shrug it off . On random days and hours they aren’t open when they should be. Their food is always over cooked/ stale. My order is never right. I honestly can’t believe this place is still running. When I come in as a paying customer and order my food before a line of people come in I expect to get it in an orderly fashion. I don't want to wait 30 mins for a damn hamburger. I also don't want to get my food after the people that ordered their food after me. And I really don't like seeing other homeless people that come in at the same time I do have to wait almost an hour to receive it. Step up your game and either how more people that are competent or at the very least train your employees before putting them to work. Thank you again and I will be taking my business to Wendy's from now on where I'm treated with some damn dignity and get hot food. Plus they don't have a smell that could curdle milk when you walk-in in the front door. I mean for good sake get some maintenance people in there too clean and repair that kitchen. Read moreI went through the other day, ordered a sausage croissant with extra cheese and a hash brown. The line was very short (three cars including myself), it took about 10 minutes to get to the window. Once there the lady took my payment and closed the window. I sat for another 6 or 7 minutes. Once it was ready, she handed me my bag without saying anything. I drove around front to park and check my order. They gave me a croissant with ham and no cheese. I walked in to explain the mishap and get the right order. The kitchen was filthy. The lady who was handling the food had no gloves on and was constantly running her fingers through her hair. She stood on the side chatting with someone about texting for a good two minutes. Once I got my bag, I realized they had fixed my sandwich but left out the hashbrown. All in all, for one sandwich and a hashbrown, it took them over a half hour to get me my food. I filled out a complaint online but never heard back.
