T-Mobile — Local services in Albany

I’ve been meaning to post this. And hopefully by now, the person who I’m about to describe is no longer there, but if not, I just would like to say; most of these employees here are fine people, however, the woman there that wears the glasses and I believe she has braces, African American woman, she’s very unprofessional and rude, quite disgusting. There was a gentleman in the store that needed assistance and she was so rude to him, the guy kept his’ composure and didn’t seemed too bothered, but after a few minutes, he seemed bothered by her behavior. T-Mobile I don’t know if that lady still works at this location, but she definitely needs to be held accountable for her unruly attitude, maybe she needs to find another job or be fired, that lady is bad for your business. I use to make it my mission to avoid her anytime I went to that store, and honestly, she’s one of the reasons I haven’t been to that location in some time. I am located in Albany, Georgia and joined T mobile on last month. I visited the T-Mobile location on Sylvester Road and was assisted by Chris. He is a great associate. As soon as I came in I was greeted by him. He answered all my questions efficiently. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the plans and products. I had many questions.
