Subway — Restaurant in Albany

Pooooor Service The manager there is messy The tall light skin last I ordered my food they didn't have the bread I wanted so lasked a gentleman that worked there who was the manager and he pointed to the lady that was the manager of that store. I paid for my food went over by the bathroom door, where there's a table to sit at to eat. To remind you they can't see over there so after all the customers left out, I heard her questioning another employee about me asking what was my problem that I come in there every day with a coupon which is a complete lie and continue to say that every time I come in there I ask who the manager is, which is another complete lie, then as soon to pursue her and said, I'm right here after everything was said about me she still continue to go back-and-forth with me very unprofessional as a manager as someone who's supposed to lead the company and represent for the company did a terrible job. Workplace gossip should be a zero tolerance. No matter if the customer is in there or not talking about someone should be punishable. Should be fired immediately...... And I won't Stop...

Subway pizza.... well one of my twins ate a slice. The pepperoni is baked underneath the cheese. My other twin baby was searching for the pepperonis. Definitely not traditional pizza, maybe that makes it unique? I won’t purchase again for my twin toddlers, at least not at their current age. Some of the pizza barely had cheese on it and of course my toddler ran and snatched that slice before I could take the photo. If the pizza isn’t carefully made, key ingredients may not be on every slice. I know this isn’t a pizzeria, that’s why I gave 3 stars,...

Was a bit upset when saw the sign at the counter "NO STEAK" (there's almost 1/3 of menu?)... So much for a philly cheesesteak that i had my heart set on. Settled for a turkey melt as my hubby was set on having subway for lunch.. Store and parking lot were clean, it did appear well stocked, staff were quick to prep sandwiches even if they didn't seem too friendly (bit of mumbling under their breath but oh well??). Will go back again to see if they can make my favourite sandwich and if staff are bit...
