We have ordered from them multiple times for our business needs, but never again. Apparently delivery has been given over to door dash. Ordered through Little Caesars app. Delivery message on "track your order" thing said order would be delivered in 15 min. Mind you, we are only a block away. After 45 min, I noticed the tracker thing said door dash at the top. I scrolled down and saw a message with delivery drivers name and phone number, so I called her. She was surprised I called, and said she wasn't delivering anything because her car was broke down. I called the restaurant, and after twenty rings or so, a very rude girl, with a huge attitude, answered the phone. When I asked where my order was, she told me door dash had it. I told her that I had just spoken to the supposed driver, who told me it was still at her restaurant, and asked her to look for it. By now it had been over an hour since I ordered the food. She finally came back on the line, no apology, and just said "Yeah it's here.", so of course I asked were they still going to deliver it. Her response was, "You need to call door dash." I told her I didn't order from door dash, and at this point the food was cold anyway. She offered no replacement or solution to my problem. Finally I asked if I sent someone over there, (remember it's only a block away), could we pickup the pizza's. Her response, "whatever". Then when I started to say I wanted new hot fresh pizzas, she hung up on me. I had to get an employee to go pick up the food, and pay for her gas. I told her not to accept the old pizzas. When she got there, sure enough, cold pizzas, which she refused. She then had to wait for new pizzas to be cooked. All while I needed her at work. She finally returned with the new pizzas at 7:30pm. Two hours AFTER I ordered the pizza's, and paid for the delivery I didn't get, plus having to pay additional money toward my employees gas. The store party being ruined, and cancelled because of this. There were only two of us still at work. We have used this company for all of our store functions before this, but never again. Piss poor customer service doesn't begin to cover this. I don't know when they switched to using door dash, but it was a terrible decision, that is going to cost them quite a bit of...
Read moreI usually order a pizza inside the store's location whenever I get my pizza from L.C.'s. It's always nice and hot, fresh to order! Sometimes, during a walk-in, you have to wait a couple minutes for pizza to be made, when it's busy. However, if you order on the L.C. mobile app, you can order whatever you wish and set the time for pick up, so when your coming back from doing chores or what not, it'll be hot and ready for you to pick up in the digital coded heated oven. The app will give you a code to punch in, once the order is complete on your phone, and the little oven window will open up, and you can grab your order.
Also you should try their little zap paks that you can sprinkle on the pizza (spices include garlic, green and red bell peppers, salt, hint of sugar, and cottonseed oil) they also have hotter zap paks for those who like hot spices. 10/10...
