Wing Dixie & Deli — Restaurant in Albany

Older african american with lady glasses working during the time frame of 1130 - 1151 on April 27, 2016 was so rude!!! Upon entrance I was never greeted, but watch other customers come in and receive greetings. Employee themselves went on to stop what she was doing (wiping ketchup bottle) NOT for me to place an order but for them to order. During placing their order guy ordered #1 and asked did it come with a drink, employee smiled and replied yes. When finally come time for me to place my order employee became so dry and distasteful as if it bothered her to even listen to me place my order. After receiving order asked employee did my meal (ordered #1) not come with a drink, customer replied NO in a firm matter and walked off. I WILL NOT BE COMING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE MY FELLOW FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS WON'T AS WELL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I admit, Atlanna has spoiled me when it comes to Wings. Can’t seem to find that same energy here. Sauce was good but wings weren’t CRISPY (almost soggy) didn’t seem cooked to order not even sure if dropped to crisp to order. Maybe in the flat top but not the grease. Idk the skin was soggy. Chicken Philly was Deli Slices and diced peppers & onions vs strips of veggies (which I liked) but it wasn’t chunks of real chicken (which surprised me). It was ok. Overall, food was hot. For me, just meh The wings at every spot I’ve visited here has this issue. Seem like they are parboiled or something but not that crisp & sauces sticking to wings I’m used...

The food I recieved from this place and it was straight DISGUSTING. Probably the worst food I have ever had. My chicken was half done and almost raw my fries tasted old,wet, and soggy. I called to speak to the "manager" Lawanda and complain and asked for the District Manager phone number. She refused to give me the number and was extremely nasty and had an attitude, which was very childish considering she is suppose to be "managment". The customer service was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE!!! DO NOT EAT HERE. Your stomach will not be able to handle...
