Five Below — Local services in Albertville

This was my first visit and maybe my last. I worked till today 4 p.m. and arrived at around 5 p.m. I went to check out around 6:01 P.M. I was refused service and I had about $100 worth merchandise. I only had cash and was told I could not buy without a card because coin shortage. Come on please one minute late and refuse service. I would not recommend this location. So stay away from here. I am not happy with the way things work at this location. This might be local but guess have drive further due poor customer service. Have fun returning items to the shelf. first off the staff was really rude, about my sister in-law forgot her money in the car and had to run back out and get it then they wouldn't let her back in because apparently they were about to close and usually most stores announces they are closing soon that didn't happen then when I was checking out a staff member wanted to stand behind me like I was going to steal something. I recommend y'all train your staff better cause y'all lost business due to that, go to the one in gasden...

Interesting new store. Lots of good finds. I was surprised that they stock a few items that was not Five Below. (Strange) It seems a little misleading to get people into store. It is a very clean and orderly store and lots of great items to check out. Friendly staff. The just moved in and opened up in their brand new building where the old K-mart use to be.
