My son and I went into the this location for my ring to get inspected mind you I'm leaving this review through my husband's account. During inspection they noticed I has loose stones on my ring so the got it sent off immediately to have it fixed. I got it back earlier than expected which was great. I went back into the store to pick up my ring and met Christy. She had such a wonderful spirit about her she was super helpful and took care of me with the up most respect. My experience at this place was good until I had to go back to get a refund on an item I was not told before ending my transaction. I went back to get the refund and I asked Annie if I could get a full refund and pay cash instead. She proceeded to speak in a rude way “I can only refund this much on the card. The other amount needs to stay the same on the card you paid with” well I have never heard of such thing ever before. I will for sure be driving somewhere...
