Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Albertville

I'm sharing this from my daughter. I love coming here for a cocktail and a bacon mash. However, even my husband and I don't come like we used to because of the rude children host or hostesses and even some of the servers. I really hope corporate and the mgr reach out to persuade my kids to try again. Deeply saddened Albertville Mom.

Marcus and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday for supper at about 4:55, so they weren't too busy. They were gonna sit us smack dab in the middle of the restaurant at a high top, which wasn't gonna work for my Combat Veteran husband. He would've been completely uncomfortable and not able to enjoy his meal. So we noticed there was a booth on the back wall where he could see the whole restaurant, the entrances, and the exits and asked if we could sit there? The girl looked us with the worst attitude in the eye and LIED and said, "That the table was dirty." ok, no problem, we can wait. As the hostess rolled her eyes, huffed, and puffed like we were some inconvenience not knowing the whys and just assuming we were "those types of customers" proceeded to sit others which is fine cause we asked for a specific table and understood we had to wait for the "dirty table" to be cleaned. After standing and being ignored, my husband says... "If I need to clean it, I can." After another eye roll and huff, we sat at the "dirty" table (it was in fact clean) I couldn't leave it at just that, of course, so I walked back to the girls at the front to inform them. " I have you know that man right there served our country, deployed several times, active combat,war, and the way you just judged, huffed, and puffed was disrespectful. To make him feel as though his request was just too much to ask . And maybe just maybe there is a reason we asked to sit somewhere specific and not just being what you seem to think as "difficult" customers. If that was the case after waiting for our food for a long time just to get a very, very burnt burger that crumbled to ash, I would've gone off. But didn't, (even our waitress was like that looks horrible) We sent it back and waited for another 20 mins while my husband waited to eat his until mine came out We Never saw a manager on the floor, never saw one for an apology about said food or the wait on the replacement. If I could leave a negative star rating I absolutely would! My family are locals here to Albertville and EVERY single time we go to this less than mediocre establishment, I swear we will NEVER be back. On 10/31/23 we arrived at approximately 6:30PM with a party of 10. Four adults and six kids. We got sat down right away due to the lack of other patrons. A party member asked for a high chair as soon as we sat down and the waiter never brought one out. After about 20 minutes, I flagged down an employee and asked about the high chair that we never received. Once we got the high chair our waiter finally took our drink order. We ordered 2 tall draft beers along with other soft drinks and teas and by the time we received the beers they were flat, due to how long they were sitting at the bar before being brought to our table. We had sat there for about an hour before our two orders of the hatch queso came out. Which was definitely not their best appetizer. My wife and another ordered buffalo chicken wraps and both were wrong and had to be sent back. Also, In my opinion kids orders should ALWAYS be brought out before adult orders. My daughter was the last to receive her food which was a good 20-30 minutes after everyone else. This was still after asking the waiter numerous times about her order. Finally we were told that the kitchen cook didn't "drop" the order. A few minutes later it came out and could easily tell that her food had been sitting in the back for a while due to the temperature of the food when it came out. I'm not sure if the managers don't properly train their staff or they just hire young kids without having any adults to keep them on track or what, but this is absolutely the WORST eating establishment in our area. I've said it before and I'm saying it again, but my family and myself will 100% without a doubt NEVER step foot into this Buffalo Wild Wings again!! I will never recommend this place to out of town folks visiting our town and my honest opinion is this place needs to be gutted and stripped of anything Buffalo Wild Wings related and a different establishment be...

I came in with my son & daughter for lunch today. This was our 3rd & last time eating here unfortunately - each time has been unpleasant with service & the food.

My son ordered the chip dip trio & I asked to substitute the guacamole for another salsa since he doesn't like guacamole - when the check came, the server had up-charged us for guacamole that we didn't even get or want.

I ordered the Brisket burger. When it came out, there was only burger patties, cheese, & brisket. No sauteed onions, pickles or bacon. When I ordered the burger, I asked for a salad instead of fries. I asked for ceasar dressing - the server said, "We don't have ceasar dressing." I pointed out the ceasar dressing on the menu & she replied, "Um let me go ask..." she never brought my salad until after the food came out.

After we were done, I asked for two to-go bowls for the salsa & queso dip. She said, "We dont have to-go bowls for those." I said, "Really?? Then how would someone who gets the trio to-go get their salsa & queso?" She rolled her eyes & said, "...let me go ask..." once again.

It took her about 8 mins to return with the bowls. I had asked for a to-go box as well. She eventually brought one & tossed it on the table & it fell in the floor. I asked for another one & we waited for over 10 mins before she came by visibly irritated that we were still there without our payment ready. Isaid, "I just need my box & we'll leave." She brought the box & walked off.

The servers need to be retrained. If they're consistently saying "I dont know" or "let me ask" about the menu, they need to have...
