Culver’s — Restaurant in Albertville

What a great establishment! We were greeted upon entering with a nice "Hello, welcome to Culver's" by a gentleman named David. Although it was peak lunch time and hardly a seat to be had, we only waited behind one person in line before ordering. A very confident young lady by the name of Makaley was most helpful with suggestions of the menu, as this was our first visit to a Culver's restaurant . We fixed our drinks and took a seat along with our table display order number. Our total wait time was only 9 minutes. The food arrived to our table hot, fresh and the order was correct. One of the very best Bacon Cheeseburgers I have ever had from a chain restaurant. I know the review is lengthy but I wanted to tell of all the good as most of the time folks only want to tell of the bad experiences. I would like to thank all of the staff for making it a great visit. I would also like to say thank you to Hannah Gentz for opening a Culver's restaurant in Albertville. Got there and ordered when there was only one other car in the line. Got pulled up, and had to wait nearly 30 minutes on our food. pulled around to the parking lot to check it and they messed up my wifes burger. Took it back in to get it fixed and the young lady at the register, was incredibly rude. I told her that it was missing the onions and mayo and she just looked at me and said "so do you want some onions?" And when I said no I wanted it remade because the meat was nearly burnt, she turned around and told the lady in the kitchen area that it needed to be remade because "iT wAs DrY" (the only way I could describe how she said it) and by the time I got her burger remade, and back to the car my food was cold and her "fixed" burger was still pretty much burnt to the point where she had to pick the burt meat off. We paid $33 for dinner, just to leave hungry. This location has gone downhill ever since the grand opening. I won't be coming back to this location, I'd rather make the trip to Hampton Cove instead of going 5 minutes...

Although I'm not prone to complaining, I feel compelled to mention my experience at Culver's, which I visit with my children at least three times a week. The service is extremely slow, but I'm not typically in a hurry. Today, I was in a line with approximately four cars ahead of me. By the time it was my turn, I was the only customer in both available lanes. There was no one in the drive-thru. After receiving my order, I began distributing food and condiments to my children. Within three minutes, the staff returned to my vehicle and asked me to relocate, despite there being no other customers behind me or in the drive-thru. They stated you're not allowed to eat here as though I was eating 🫠 literally they made me wait 20 minutes but they can't wait for me to hand my children the food?!? I feel like it would be one thing if they're worry ton of people behind me but there was absolutely no one behind me and they have the audacity to come tell me to move my car within 3 minutes.
