Bojangles — Restaurant in Albertville

I received the wrong order after being told to pull up. I went back around to the drive-through and was told to give the sandwich back so I could receive my correct meal. The meal would’ve been discarded by myself, it’s not what I ordered. (I said a chicken filet biscuit meal and the girl who took my order gave me a chicken biscuit sandwich.) I do not trust the cleanliness and sanitation of this facility due to them, taking my already opened, sandwich back through the window. I know that that is against most policy due to cleanliness concerns. I ended up throwing away my correct order. I can’t imagine what else they do at this fast food restaurant that goes against policy. The manager was already at the window as well when I asked to speak to her assuming she would have an issue with this but no. And she was the one who gave me $1.50 cash after I asked for my difference in money back since I was up charged for the wrong meal. They are nasty at this location and I will...

Erin greeted us with a smile and positive energy welcoming us as if she knew us. She cleared tables for folks who finished eating as they sat and talked asking if they enjoyed their meal. Then she cheerfully wished them a good day as they left. We received better service at Albertville, AL Bojangles than a typical sit down restaurant having to leave an undeserved tip! I eat at Bojangles quite frequent but tonight I had a few issues.Service was exceptional as always but when I came to the window and observed a spray bottle on backline makeup table and the cook throwing a plastic bag at the cashier I was a little concerned,then to top that a cashier went to backline and proceeded to use her fingers to stuff food from the prep area into her mouth and then hand me my order while trying to keep the food in her mouth and then wipe her mouth I was appalled, hopefully I won't be hungry in the late night and want something to eat from Bojangles, Signes,a...
