Extremely satisfied! I had a couple pair of my favorite jeans that were too big in just the waist area. I took them in to this shop since they are super close to my work, but hadn’t been in before and hadn’t heard anything about them yet. When I received them back and tried them on, they fit actually how I hoped they might! The stitching is so professional and inconspicuous! I had a hard time finding where they were altered. Anyway, all that to say I’m super impressed with their work for such a good price. I’m happy I won’t need to wear a belt with these jeans anymore or end up donating them. I can get a few more years out of them! (:

Hello fellow customers, I recently bought a vintage Pendleton off a neighbor. My mother brought it to this dry cleaners for me, and today this was brought home! It's filthy, covered in hair and lint, with a slight musky smell, which is unacceptable after supposedly being dry cleaned. It was sitting in the shop for about four days, my mother paid when she left with it. It looks (and smells) the same as when I left my neighbors garage with it! This review will be changed positive if the problem is resolved, I don't enjoy writing reviews like these, especially concerning local businesses.

This place is AMAZING!! My sister was getting married and my fiancé, who was a bridesmaid, got her dress altered at Route 66 Cleaners on Broadway and Central which was a complete disaster! On the wedding day we took the dress out of the plastic covering to see how it looked and somehow they managed to rip a hole and the upper half of the dress reeked of cat urine with a huge noticeable stain. Luckily, ABQ Cleaners saved the day! I took the dress in as soon as they opened on the day of the wedding and they fixed the hole perfectly and cleaned the dress very professionally. The staff was very kind and helpful and were very understanding. They had it done by 2:00PM and pretty much made me a high priority customer which I appreciated a lot. I will now begin to start bringing any and all dry cleaning of mine here to ABQ cleaners! Definitely consider this place and they will not...

Do not come here ! I arrived on the date and time I was told to pick up my items and had to wait at least 20 minutes for them to find them . While folding my bedsheets because of course they weren't done and ready, one of the workers continuously kept dropping my PILLOW CASES on the FLOOR. Since they tied them up in a bag when I got home and tried to place my sheets on my bed , my bed sheets and one of the pillow cases were completely DAMPED with WATER . I spent close to 100 dollar's for there service and this is the kind of service I receive ?? DO NOT ATTEND , FIRST AND...
