Panera Bread — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Horrible experience and terrible management. I ordered the sandwich I usually get and the bread was too hard to bite. I asked for them to switch it and the manager on duty his name was Hussein, refused because “that’s how the bread is.” That really upset me so I took the entire meal back to him and asked him for a refund and Hussein said no. We asked for the General Manager’s contact information and he refused to give it to us. At that point we left our food on the counter and went back to our seats until I found corporate’s contact number online and I was able to get my refund but the whole experience at this location was disgusting. I would recommend avoiding this location until they’ve done some real coaching with this employee and run some quality checks on the food they’re serving. For now I’ll continue to go to the location outside of Coronado Mall where I’ve never had an issue...

I was going to write a long review on how it took almost five minuets to ladle one bowl of broccoli and cheese soup, but let me just say this. The FOA was outstanding great customer service, checked to see what soups were available so I would not order what I could not have. Polite and true customer service thank you. As for the five in the BOH who chose to make all the over the phone an internet orders before I asked what was taking so long to ladle a bowl of soup well thank you for lunch, I will not be coming back to this location again. Very clean environment great looking place. I was told that Val was the general manager, well Val i hope you see this and speak to the on shift manager and explain better customer service and delegation order time...

Do not order carry out or delivery from this location. 2 weeks ago I finally ordered but I went through the Coronado Mall location. Granted someone spaced out when filling my mac & cheese. I still haven't received that. $6.00 for 3 bites. The bottom of the container wasn't even covered. The sandwiches here are delicious. Today we ordered from the central location. It was disgusting $30 for 2 sandwiches & they were terrible. I don't know if I am more disgusted or disappointed. It is really difficult to get good customer service. Grubhub & Doordash add to their prices I believe. A BBQ Chicken sandwich and the Chipotle Chicken sandwich & then to get 2 disgusting sandwiches is terrible. Go to Coronado Mall location.
