The woman in charge was very helpful and knew where just about any genre and author were. She was also willing to work on the price with me. Highly recommend. Oh and if you're fast enough, don't worry about the usps towing you ;) there's even a window for you to keep an eye out just in case...

Even tho this shop is rather small it is incredibly easy to find. It has plenty of book deals available outside and inside. The woman in charge was very helpful and knew where just about any genre and author were. She was also willing to work on the price with me. Highly recommend. Oh and if you're fast enough, don't worry about the usps towing you ;) there's even a window for you to keep an eye out just in case...

There seemed to be no organization to the layout and there were boxes of books everywhere, but if you like the feeling of hunting treasure then that isn't necessarily a bad thing! This may have been a temporary thing when I went, so I'll definitely be back to check. The employee (possibly the owner?) was very nice and explained that she puts good books in the $1 bargain bin and not just unwanted books intentionally, as I found one of my favorite books in there. Wow! 1st to the store… either store owner or employee wouldn’t even let me in.. asked me what book I was looking for. Told them the textbook I was looking for and she said “no I wouldn’t want to be surrounded by text books here all day…we only have interesting books…” sorry can’t help you and pretty much closed the door on me. Now I am a pretty big reader, drove here from Rio Rancho to check them out and unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Makes me sad because a good used book store is...
