Centrally located in the heart of Albuquerque, The University of New Mexico (UNM) is just minutes from almost anywhere in the city. UNM is an oasis, both environmentally and academically, in the heart of New Mexico and the Southwest.

This place remains a stunning and tranquil haven. It's perfect for a first date or simply meeting a friend for the first time. The Southern entrance is usually open, inviting you to step inside fo r a refreshing drink or a delicious meal. The entire pond is adorned with ample shade, creating a serene atmosphere. If you fancy capturing some picturesque moments, you can stroll across the bridge. It's a popular spot for budding photographers, especially during the vibrant spring season. So, although I was disappointed that the pond was currently closed, I must addmit that im also super excited to see how much better it is going to be once it's done being upgraded...
