We were both excited and disappointed to go to your store’s close out sale. Excited because everything was 50%off and disappointed that the store is closing. It was the first day of the sale and we got there early. We were about 5th in line. People started lining up and everyone was lamenting on the store’s closure. Everyone loved Ethan Allen, and were very unhappy to see it go. Once we got inside, the sales people were overwhelmed, but they worked very hard, (as they always do), to make sure they answered everyone’s questions. They were smart to number the rooms so the customers would know where their pieces were. When we finally found a salesperson to order, she was very helpful, not just filling out the paperwork, but helping us see what went together and what didn’t. She was very reassuring and capable. Our experience was so good, we went back a few days later and ordered a sofa and two chairs. We received a call a week later to a hype delivery, and that went perfectly fine as well. Buyer beware! Ethan Allen only gives one year warranty and G-d forbid you go over it they will do nothing. We purchased a leather sofa, love seat, entertainment unit, end table, ottoman and 3 area rugs. About a month after the year warranty ran out I noticed that the finish on the leather is rubbing off and changing colors. I contacted my sales person,and by the time they sent someone out to take pictures( which you really can’t see what’s going in) another 2 weeks past. I was told to call corporate which I did, then was told it was up to local store owner to resolve. Owner was very rude and very unwilling to even come out and look at it. John at Ethan Allen helped us find the right combination of fabrics for our new sofas and chairs. He was patient and had great suggestions. When our furniture was delivered, there was a slight defect in one of the zippers. The deliverymen immediately came back to get the piece and had it repaired and back to us in one day. We absolutely love our new furniture. Not only does it look great, but it's solidly made. We can really tell the difference from our old, cheap furniture. We recommend Ethan...
