Ojos locos has the worse customer service. Just because this young girls get to work half naked and showing cleavage that doesn't give them the right to be so rude to your customers. On Sunday 12/09/2018 my friend & I decided to come and have a drink and food (la diabla drink, street tacos, nachos & shrimp cocktail) we sat down and Clarissa comes and takes our drink order, couple of minutes later this other girl comes and drops off drinks without asking if we need anything else, 25 min laters Clarissa comes saying "are you going to be ordering any food before the kitchen closes?" We both responded yes we have been waiting for you to stop by and check on us and place our food order, then she roles her eyes at us takes order and left. After foods arrives she did check up on us, but when it came the time for her to drop of the check she was very pushy about her getting that payment as soon as possible, she stop more then 5 times in less than 5 min after she drop the check when she only stop twice to check on us during the entire time we were there. We told her the check is not ready yet we will call you when is ready she stood by the table got very mad at us and told us in a very rude tone that she expected the payment as soon as possible because the kitchen was already close, she already did last call and the store will close at midnight. We gave her the payment and ask her to please ask the supervisor to stop by our table wich she never did, when she dropped the check she did say she was sorry and try to fix the problem herself without letting her supervisor know. Then this guys who doesn't seem to work there comes to our table and says you guys got about 10 min from now to finish your food and drinks before we kick you guys out we guess it was security. We weren't happy and ask another girl if she can call the supervisor and she said I'm busy I'll do it when I'm done. Finally the supervisor shows up and try to explain to us that it might of been her fault because she expects to have all the servers paper work to be ready by midnight. I'm from a different state and was recommended checking out ojas locos from a friend who had a blast at the Texas location. I pull up the website and enter albuquerque zip 87110 and see they have a special on wed 12 boneless wings with fries for 9.99 , I wait until wed and go in and ask my waitress for the special she's not aware of the special but is very nice and says she'll check on it I pull it up on my phone and show it listed on their sight she ask to take my phone and shows the bartender she gives the ok to honor the price listed on the sight. My waitress get the manager Marcus to ring the adjustment at the computer he comes over to my table and says they don't have that special and that corporate hasn't taken it off the site and says they can't do it for that price. I explain that the site has it and your waitress just checked and told me they're going to honor it. So I ask him how much are 12 wings he grabs a menu and shows me 13.49 I said that's fine just charge me that he says I mean I can give you some free fries if you want. I tell him the 3.50 difference isn't a lot of money to me its about them honoring what they advertised and confirmed they can do. I ask if he's the manager he says he's one of them I then let him know he has the power as a manager to make the right choice and honor it. He says he won't and corperate would get me. Most of the other waitresses just group up and it seems they ignore their guest. I came here a few years ago to watch some basketball games and remember having a good time So when my Knicks made the playoffs for the first time in 8 years I came down to the bar decked out in my Knicks gear and to my surprise not a single tv out of the dozens they have had basketball on. Most of the TVs were on a regular season baseball game or an NHL playoff game but some of them were on golf and some of them were showing pre-recorded content from like F1 racing channel or something. I was hoping to find a bunch of NBA fans to watch the game with so it was not the atmosphere I was looking for but whatever the game was starting soon.I asked one of the waitresses if they can put the basketball game on a TV for me and she said yes and they sent me in a corner of the bar where most of the tables were empty. Nobody came to change one of the TVs for me and after asking multiple times someone finally came by and tried to do something on one of the TVs for a a minute before telling me that they wouldn't be able to put the game on. Like I said most of the TVs were on baseball and hockey but some of them were on this racing sportscenter type show. Rather than stick around and argue I just left so I wouldn't miss too much of the game (ended up missing most of the first quarter). I don't know man I definitely got a weird vibe there, the waitress kind of had a "uh oh were about to have an incident" look when I first asked her about putting on the game on so I don't know if it if there's like a no basketball policy or what.
