Never use this vendor for party any of your party service needs they belittle the customers and take forever to respond I am a General manager to a venue my guest hired them for a candy bar and balloon arches they have very poor customer service skills very upset my guest changed her mind of one place she wanted the arches due to the fact that I didn’t allow it to be put in this specific area because there was a tv behind there they did not hold back by telling myself and my guest they had wasted there time the owner is very disrespectful to say the least as is her crew very unprofessional when they left after setting up I went into my conference area where they set up the candy bar with the balloon arch I noticed my wall this is 14 feet tall was splattered with chamoy I waited till they came back to ask them about the situation due to the fact that I didn’t want to ruin the guest party being that they were very confrontational I callled sheriffs out to have them escorted out as the crew was still very unprofessional in front of the officers when asked about the splattered mess he said it could be cleaned but refused to do so they were also very upset that I would not meet them today to pick up there equipment when in the contract it clearly stated everything and everyone has to be out at 11 I have worked with her last year she came and left an elote bar in 100 degree temperature at 12 party didn’t start till 4 so my staff and I moved it inside the venue so it would not go bad and people not get sick the owner has clear problem with instructions she is no longer welcome or allowed at our venue I hope everyone chooses wisely this was the absolute most horrible service and vendor has...

The Chamoy sause for the Candy Bar exploded on the wall all the way up to a 25 foot ceiling at the La Estrella Event Center in Placitas. The red sauce was left on the venetian finish wall and ceiling and never cleaned. The owner did not want to take responsibility and was very confrontational since the initial set up with the customers as well as LA Estreallas general manager. This was not the first time this occurred on a previous occasion at the same spot she came to see up outside on the patio and left the bar unattended since the morning and expected the food not to spoil in the sun prior to an evenings event. Staff of LA Estrella had to relocate the bar inside to refrain from spoiled food items and flies Landing on items. The owner of this company is rude and believes she could do what she wants and thinks she's entitled to do what she wants on peoples time that are paying her. I would not recommend this service to anybody. She makes people feel like she is doing them the favor with her services. Guess what customers are always right!! Contraté a la señora Barbara para una decoración para la fiesta de mi hija. El tema era de granja. Yo tengo un inmobiliario de granja que construí de madera y nomás ocupaba un inmobiliario que iría enseguida del mío, los globos y también le pedí rentar unos cut outs de animalitos. Yo le mandé la foto de inspiración y ya ella me dio precio y me pareció bien. Pague $50 de depósito. El día del evento yo tuve que preguntarle a ella a qué hora iría a decorar ya que ella nunca se puso de acuerdo conmigo y nunca preguntó la hora del evento. Le dejé saber que el evento comenzaba a las 5. Ella llegó pasada las 4. A esa hora ella me seguía mandando mensaje que su inmobiliario no se sostenía. Yo en ese momento no sabía que contestar ya que es su negocio y su responsabilidad acomodar y poder poner las cosas que rentan los clientes. Al último no puso su inmobiliario y nomás montó los globos en mi granja y puso los 4 cut outs de animalitos. Por eso me cobró $200. Me dejó saber que podía entregar los cut outs a la dulcería cualquier día de la semana. Cuando fui a entregar los cut outs pregunté por mi depósito. La señora que estaba en la dulcería, que no era la señora barbara se quedó poco confundida. Ya le expliqué que no habían puesto el inmobiliario que yo había pedido, que solo fueron los globos y los cut outs que yo estaba entrando con unos broches y bolsas de agua que utilizo para los globos. Ella habló por teléfono con la señora barbara y pidió hablar conmigo. Ella empezó a decirme que no había depósito que regresar ya que era parte del pago. Esto nunca se me explicó a mi. Los $50 de depósito se suponía que era para asegurar que se regrese el material utilizado para la fiesta. Le pregunta a la señora Barbara que si me estaba cobrando $250 por unos globos y 4 cut outs y ella dijo que sí. Ahí yo entregué el teléfono y le dije gracias a la otra señora y salí de la dulcería. Poco profesional ya que todo se le entregó en buen estado. Y ella no cumplió con lo que se le pidió de su parte el día...
