I always enjoy coming to this place for pizza and I like the fact that they never had a problem with making my pizzas fresh upon request. However, today will change my mind about the service of this place. I know that everyone makes mistakes including myself and out of the many times that I have come here I rarely see any mistakes. This is not what bothers me. This time I came to get a pizza I was told 5 min for a fresh pizza which is actually pretty fast compared to the usual times. However I ended up waiting 25 minutes for the pizza and the thing that bothered me is that for the first 20 minutes the cashier who took my order noticed me standing there at least 6 times and never said a word. At around 20 minutes of me standing around waiting she finally asked the shift manager/manager (not sure which one he was) if a stuffed pizza had been placed in the oven to which I saw him put one in. Then she came back to the register and acted like things were no different than before and didn't even notify me of their mistake. About 5 minuets later the pizza came out which is the time it should have taken it. The person who put it in the oven (shift manager/manager) was also the one who pulled the pizza out. He boxed it up and brought it to me when I stepped up to get it. He then looked at the receipt and saw the time I had been waiting since the order was placed and proceeded to hand me the pizza and crumple up the receipt which is not customary for them to not give you the receipt. However if he didn't give it to me then I wouldn't have a way to show them how late the order was or any identifying information to give if need be. Before they changed the managers around at this store I could be walking into the parking lot and the manager would have already put a pizza in the oven for me because he saw me coming and knew which one I was going to get. He would also ask me to confirm it when I walked in the store and he would greet me while doing whatever it was he was doing. Read moreI am a Black female with four daughters. We arrived at 5:00pm. I was dressed in my work clothes. The cashier says " Oh it will be a 20minute on cheese pizza and classic pepperoni pizza. I said okay fine we will wait we are hungry. We step outside because the building started filling with customers for dinner rush. I come back in the restaurant with my children expecting our pizza to be ready. The male cashier says " Ohh I don't know what happened to your cheese pizza as he passes out 4 pizzas that were cheese pizzas. And everyone that ordered after us only wàited 10 minutes for orders. While we had to wait and extra 45 minutes on a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Then the young male cook with a Hair bang and no hair net walks to the front of the counter where me and my children were patiently waiting for the pizza for 45minutes. Verbally insults me and says" Hey man what are you waiting for? " I turned all the way around and looked in the store to see where this man he was talking to. Then a Mexican woman by the door starts laughing at me because he addressed me as a man because of some work uniform clothes. " Wow!! Getting off work to buy pizza on a Friday night at this location sucked due desperate hiring tactics of people poor, rude , racial relations, and customer service. District manager please send a mystery shopper to the store to monitor your employees business ethics and customer relations. Because it sucks. Then when we received the cheese pizza it was slapped together with barely any sauce and doughy bread in the middle. Eww we threw it in the trash and bought some Church's Chicken. I didn't want to even bother with a refund due to rudeness, poor racial relations, and poor customer service, and no head gear being worn in the kitchen. $16.00...
Read moreLiterally the worst service ever, this location is the worst of the worst! I put in an online order. I waited about 18 minutes and then I received a call saying there out of an ingredient I said it was fine to replace it. I waited another 10 minutes or so to give them time to make my order. I then drove over to the location, when I got there they didn’t even know what I ordered nor had they put it in the oven, I said I would wait since I didn’t mind. There were at least 3 other people there that had been waiting 45 min plus for their order already, that should have been a sign for me. 15 minutes went by and the assistant manager had to ask again what I had ordered and asked again two more times after this. By the fourth time I had already been waiting 45 minutes! I tried to ask how much longer it would take after the assistant manager was consistently putting people ahead of me and he said I don’t wanna argue just tell me what you ordered. 4 times before and they still didn’t know, not to mention the staff was arguing and yelling at each other the whole time. After another 10 minutes they finally had my order and then the assistant manager had the audacity to laugh at me while I walked out. I wish I could leave zero stars, I will never be going back here.
