Jason Cline is a professional and friendly person himself from what I can tell. However, I can't vouch for the integrity of his services. We began the bankruptcy process before finding out later that we needed to cancel due to our move - we can't be in the middle of a bankruptcy and still rent housing if living in the state I'm moving to. I requested this refund on May 7th over the phone. I was told then that I would be "charged the amount that is needed for the services given," which is currently just doing a 30 minute intake phone call and having his assistant Tina send digital paperwork, so... I didn't think it'd be much. On the 23rd, I followed up the refund request over the phone and via email, though I received an auto-response that he was out of the office, and on the 28th I received the response that he was caught up in an emergency but would get me an invoice the next day. That didn't happen. I've tried to follow up over the phone or via email since then and gotten no response. I CC'd Tina in an email today, and received an auto-response that she's left the office. I've gotten to the point where I've had enough and am requesting a charge-back from my bank. I'm sorry, Jason, but I can't afford to wait any longer - it's been a month and I have a lot going on. If you decide to go with this firm, I guess my advice to you would be to commit to it. He seems like a reliable guy so long as you're not cancelling your plans. Edit: Just as I was posting this review, he sent an invoice detailing why I owe him 80% of what I gave him up front. I'll let my bank toil over that while I ponder the fact that everything I gave him was supposed to cover the entire case, not just him accepting the initial paperwork, filing it, and waiting for 10 minutes for me to show up to a meeting I missed (which I understand charging however long the session would have been for). If 3/4s of the amount I gave up front covered only the filing process, and that's the amount he said the case would "probably" be in total, I have to wonder what the end cost would have been.

Navigating a complex legal matter is stressful enough, but when a deeply personal, life-changing event occurred in the middle of my case, I truly didn't know how I would get through it. That is when Mr. Cline's exceptional representation became invaluable.

He handled every aspect of my case with the utmost professionalism, demonstrating not just a deep understanding of the law, but also a remarkable strategic vision. What truly set him apart, however, was his profound humanity and empathy. He was not just a diligent attorney but a trusted advisor who provided unwavering support and compassion during my most challenging moments.

I am immeasurably thankful for his hard work and commitment to securing the best possible outcome. I would wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend his services to anyone in need of a brilliant and...

I had a consultation with Jason 10/6/25. He was pleasant on the phone and gathered all the info about my situation. He requested that I send over my bank statements via email, which I sent the same day. It is now 10/31/25 and I have still not heard back from him. Multiple voicemails and emails were left for him.

I would highly encourage anyone considering his firm to seek advice elsewhere. Not only is it unprofessional to take 3 weeks to return a call, it’s even more concerning that he has sensitive banking...
