Me and my family have have been coming here for years. But the last few months we have been coming here we have been treated very rudely. The lady with to much eye make up has been disrespectful every single time we have to deal with her. It's a shame really that they let their customers get treated so badly that me and many of my family members would rather buy meat at Walmart then to go back in and deal with her. I went in one time and said I had a call in order she got mad that I didn't remember everything I had ordered. I mean you call it in so that they will have it all ready by the time you get there right. So after arguing with me the other staff member came out and apologized and took care of the order. But the next three customers all had some sort of argument with this same lady. The other staff member had to apologize to each and everyone of them. I mean that's 4 people in less than an hour that were so mad they turned red dealing with this lady. I will avoid this place and find a...

You say and think good customer service is dead...NOT! Come get served at Nelson's. I wanted 4 patties to a pound hamburger patties. When I asked the clerk if the ones in the case were 4 to one he said they were 5 to one. Before he could finish his sentence, another young man came around my blind corner and said you want 4 to 1? ... Hold on I will get you some. I said I need like 15. He brought a prewrapped pack of 16. He was gonna take out one patty instead of trying to convince me to buy the pack of16 to save himself some work. I stopped him from unwrapping by saying I would take all 16. He said "are you sure?...its no problem for me to break it down". I said I would take all 16. Maybe I'm weird but to me that's service and why I drive from Juan Tabo to their location on the far west side to trade with them. I love it!
