Horrible experience. I have been a member of this car wash since they opened. I went today to wash my car and was having difficulties with the scanner scanning the bar code on my windshield. I tried using the touch screen and it was frozen. I pulled forward and back a few times to try the scanner again, it still wasnāt working so I pulled into the next lane. At that time the arm went up. An employee (was refused his name) came over and was yelling that the arm was up, I said yes, it went up as I pulled into the other lane. He then proceeded to lecture me on learning how to read and follow directions. I tried explaining the screen was frozen, but he kept yelling over me. I then pulled back into the fist lane at his direction while he kept yelling. I asked to speak to the manager, he kept yelling over me about following directions, so I kept repeating asking to speak to the manager and pointed towards the office building. He walked off, so I pulled forward to wash my car. He then ran over and placed cones infront of the car wash so I couldnāt enter and brought a police officer with him, who told me I had to leave the premises because the employee asked him to. Seriously??? Youāre rude, condescending, and unprofessional and Iām the problem? I told the police officer what happened and even asked him to question the other patrons washing their cars and he said he had no choice but to ask me to leave. I said fine, I would after I cancelled my membership. I did so without problem, though they are still charging me until the next billing cycle. I have never broken a law, been in a public disagreement, etc. I have strived my whole life to be an upstanding citizen and have never been more embarrassed by a business and treated so horribly in my life. Calling the police because I asked to speak to your manager? The employees would not give me the young mans name, the managers name or the owners name. Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo the free day car wash was awesome. We thought that the washing process was very good especially the drying process. We thought of the monthly offer because of that alone. So we came back the next day with my father-in-law, because he is fanatical about keeping his car clean. I paid for my 11.00 wash and after going through it, had no extra drying. Asked about the extra drying and the ladies told me the extra drying is not even with their top monthly package. They said that is an extra ABOVE the single or monthly TOP package. Not so mauch the value then. So we go to the Park and at the park I notice there is still some sand trails on my roof from the runners. Not horrible, but it's noticeable. I come back to the car wash and have my phone/bank receipt ready to show I was there less than 2hrs earlier. The young ladies were nice but told me they could let me go back in because I left the premises. Its a car, not an off-road vehicle and that was the 2nd issue that made me feel like I needed to go elsewhere. We were ready to get 2 of the monthly options, but to have to pay extra for the drying process and then not even inspecting the vehicle for the remaining sand streaks on my roof.. it just rubbed me the wrong way. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell I loved this car wash in the past. Was able to scrub bugs off and everyone was friendly and helpful but not now. Now this car wash is awful I went through the car wash and half of the sprayers were not working then pulled into a bay and the vacuum had barely any suction. I moved to the next bay to vacuum got the driver side done went to do passenger side and realized there was no hose so I had to move to the next bay. Once I moved to next bay the vacuums turned off. I walked into the office area and no one was there to help. Then I walked to where you enter wash with your car and was able to talk to one of the employees. I explained what had happened and ask if she would turn them back on so I could just finish the other side (passenger side). She said NO thatās not my problem and stated that they were closing. Normally I would be ok but I had to move bays twice do to issues with their equipment. The employee was rude and offered no solution. I informed her that the sign on the building still said they were OPEN so I should be able to finish vacuuming ( It would have only took me a few minutes) She continued to say NO we are closing. I guess my money is no good here so Iāll take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend...
