Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Albuquerque

These meth-addict looking workers are the most unfathomably hostile people I've seen in a long time. Their delivery man was the only nice person there and he should be running the place. I did not get the names of a single person there, and they said they'd call the cops on me and asked me if I was recording them on my phone. Let me repeat that because that's exactly what happened. I asked to have the name of the manager and the employee who ganged up on me to kick me out, and in response to asking for their names, they asked if I was recording and that they were calling the cops. I can only imagine it was because I'm trans but I can't prove that. They wanted to kick me out because I needed to use their wifi to talk to my bank. I was not unreasonable with them either because I'm well liked at nearby businesses and when I asked them about the Pizza Hut here, I've got nothing but bad responses. I even went to another Pizza Hut tonight instead, and a delivery boy who overheard me talking about my experiences said, "Do you mean the Unser store? Oh yeah they suck."

If an irate customer asked me for my name as a worker, I always gave them my name. If they think they can mess with my job security when I'm in the right, I dare them to waste their time. But these people are not like me. They wanted to hide their names and threatened me, and you shouldn't judge people by how they look but they both look like meth-addicts, and I know what those look like sadly. Screw this store and screw the people that worked there on 12/1/23. These freaking bullies shouldn't be running a pizza store and I'm not dropping...

Worstest delivery service order 40$ worth of food had told them I was paying with cash beacuse my wife had taken my card order delivery beacuse my car had broken down on me divevery driver shows up to my house I try to pay for the pizza with a 100$ bill he tells me he has no change all he has is 15 dollars I told him all I have is 20$ bill and this 100$ bill and I have no card beacuse my wife took it he told me he was going to call his manger jacob his manger jacob told him to tell me get change or pay with card or order carry out what kind of delivery service is that I then talk to jacob he tells me the same thing he told his driver to tell me he then say his drivers only carry 15$ I tell him do you guys have it posted that you don’t accept large bill he say no do you guys tell customers paying with cash that your drivers only carry 15$ in change he said no I then tell him so how are you suppose to know if your going to pay with a large bill you won’t get your order he then told that’s the way it is don’t recommend this place to nobody order pizza 9 they take care of there customers I order form them after Pizza Hut denied my service and silvery driver showed up and I gave him the 100$ bill and he said we don’t have change but I’ll go get you change enjoy your pizza I will be right back just like he said he will be right back he was back that’s...

Unfortunately, I have to give a poor review for Pizza Hut in general. The pizza this location made was mediocre at best (the extra cheese we essentially paid for, was not extra). Delivery was fabulous. The problem doesn't lie necessarily with the location, it's with Pizza Hut in general and their "Online" system. They had listed as a "deal" 1 large 3 topping, 1 large 1 topping stuffed crust, an order of 8 boneless wings and a 2 liter for $26.99. We ordered for the first pizza, pepperoni, bacon, extra cheese for the "3" toppings. Stuff crusted we got for the 1 topping extra cheese. Upon checkout, it was charging us 2 dollars extra for (Stuffed Crust) even though it was part of this "deal". We had to call an 800 number and explain to a girl and she said she would offer a coupon for 2 dollars off. All well and good...we place the order. My husband just now received a call from an Albuquerque "General Manager" who said the "stuff crust" charge of $2 was for extra cheese as that is not included as a topping. Really?
