I was in town for a few days and wanted to buy turquoise jewelry. I arrived and was greeted by Bill, Monte and doggie Luna. Having looked at other shops in Abq. & Santa Fe I was familiar with prices. I walked out with a beautiful men's turquoise cuff and (for my wife) Sleeping Beauty Turquoise bracelet, necklace and earrings. Monte was great telling who made each piece and where the stones originated. Next time I'm in Abq. I'll make another visit. This place has a great variety of jewelry and pottery for great prices but because the internet was down we couldn't pay with cards. We went to get cash but ended up just not coming back because we were on our way back to Arizona. I can live without another pair of earrings but my friend was racked with regret and made us stop three more times at trading posts along the way. Everything we found everywhere else was way more expensive. We only got an hour at the petrified forest as a result of the stops. Just buy it here, you'll be glad you did.
