We placed an online order; the order process was smooth. The order went through at 602pm. At 720 pm, our order arrived but not in the Pizza Hut Box as seen on TV, just boxes that looked crushed. The pizza was tossed into the boxes, and looked like they had been thrown in from across the room The pizzas were not the ones we ordered, they shorted us Cinnabon, missing a pizza. The hand tossed dough and the cinnamon rolls were raw. We called to tell them we were missing items and were told it would take 1 hour or more for re-delivery; if we wanted to pick up our selves it would be 30-45 minutes. We drove to the strode to pick up pizza because we wanted to eat sometime tonight. When we got here they had given our pizza away. It is now 805. We wait in our car for 15 more minutes as when we go back in, they have no memory that we had been waiting for our pizza. One of the delivery drivers senses our frustration and grabs a pizza out of the oven as the shift manager protest. The lady in front of me checks her pizza and says that she ordered a pepperoni lover’s and there is hardly any pepperoni on her pizza. I over hear the shift leader say that they say they are almost out of pepperoni and so they have to put less pepperoni on all the pizzas. So all customers after 8pm customers will apparently be shorted on pepperoni. Meanwhile We had to put our already delivered pizzas in the oven to cook so that they would be edible This is unacceptable. We spoke to a very nice man in complaints department. I hope this can be resolved with refund because store credit would mean I have to come back to this store. This is the most dissatisfying restaurant experience we...
Read moreI just had the most awful experience at this Pizza Hut, so.much so that I came home upset and crying. I have never been treated so badly. I called and placed an order on the phone because the last time I placed an order my pizza came burnt and they forgot part of my order so the store gave me a $20.00 credit. Today I called and asked to place an order, they mentioned that it would be a two hour wait to get it delivered so they said it would be best to pick it up. I asked to switch to carryout. When I got to the pizza hut for my order the first gentleman I spoke with wanted to charge me the amount that included the delivery charge and stated it asked for delivery. I explained that it was discussed on the phone call with the store directly they told me the wait time was shorter for carryout. When they went to fix it they told.me it was going to cost 44 dollars vs 25 with the delivery fee. They went on to tell me that I made the choice to pick it up and that was the price. The team lead them came up and said sorry we cannot help you pulled the pizza from my hands and took it to the back behind the counter. When I asked for the manager he said he was the lead and was not allowed to give me that information or the cooperate number. Then the first gentlemen that helped me said by and they dismissed me. Needless to say I did not get my pizza and felt awful. I have never had been treated this badly before. I will never go back. Also, the first gentleman who helped me had nail polish on was making pizza. Per food service guidelines his nails should be clean and unpolished. His hair should have also been in a hairnet instead of dangling...
Read moreThe only positive thing I can say about my most recent experience is that my order arrived fast. But from the beginning, I noticed that the pizza I usually order, stuffed crust, cost at least 5 dollars more than usual. I decided to order anyway (online) and specifically put a note requesting it not be overcooked. When I opened the pizza, the cheese was dark brown and crusty atop the entire pizza. Imagine all the commercials where a slice of pizza is being lifted from the pie and the cheese stretches.... yeah, the little cheese that was on it just crumbled. The stuffed crust was dry and either had less cheese inside or the cheese was so overcooked it melted out. The bottom of the pizza was like cardboard. I was so angry I called right away. I've had to do this a few other times in the past and they'd always credit me the price of the entire pizza, usually apologizing saying something or other about their oven cooking unevenly. While on the phone with the employee, she was rude and then offered a $10 credit. I told her that I wouldn't accept that and, especially now, that the price went up, I wanted a full-price credit. Obviously annoyed with me, she said ok and then hung up on me. In the past, when this pizza is done right, I really enjoy it. It's a shame that with a price increase comes poor quality, the poorest quality I've seen from them yet. I realize that this country is experiencing inflation, but big companies like Pizza Hut ought not cut corners or cheapen their product. I realize losing one customer (me) won't make or break them, but I suspect a lot of people would share the same sentiment...
