Skilled, inexpensive, and prompt speaker repair! Brought my 52 year old JBL L-100 speakers in for diagnostic and tune-up. At home, I was hearing intermittent cutting-out of music in mids and lows, with some static. Since my amp is a 35 year old Kenwood KA-89, I didn't know if the speakers were failing or if it was the amp. Maybe the crossovers going out? Morgan had my speakers ready in less than a week. All of our questions, from asking for clarification in the estimate to dismay as to why we paid full price for only one of four jacks to finally work were met with condescension and inflexibility. They didn't accurately analyze our system initially and then didn't fix it fully nor in the way they said they would. They hesitatingly took a paltry amount off of our large bill as their technicians didn't work a full day. Guitar center thought it was a power tube problem. Cool got some new power tubes, that didn't work. I tore the whole thing apart looking for a bunk solder joint, nothing.
