We threw several bakers in the area for a loop a couple years ago when my husband and I were on the hunt for a special loaf of banana bread to be the "wedding cake" at our elopement. Our request: we wanted the loaf to have a little bit of decoration for the occasion, and we wanted it to be banana bread — not a banana cake.

I ordered Raspberry Oatmeal bars and Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars. They were delivered by Door Dash. The raspberry was great. The pumpkin however tasted like freezer burn, I couldn't even force eat them. I got 2 cakes for my husband's birthday, the lemon raspberry and the decadent chocolate. Both were amazing hands down. They were both moist had great flavor that was completely balanced, not overly sweet the way a store bought cake would be. I will 100% be back for my next event or birthday.
