I had a excellent sales guy Gil he was awesome since then I received my plates for my truck and that was fine but then I was waiting and been waiting for a reimbursement check because I over payed, well I go to get the check and me not thinking anything was wrong left and was happy until I got home and realized I couldn't cash the check because it wasn't my name on it I called numerous times to get another check replaced and I been getting the run around and treated poorly, then they said to mail the check back so they can reissue another and I did that, I called to check if they received it and got nothing but the run around, I am a very nice person and what bothers me is how certain people treat others when if the tables were turned would they like someone treating them this way. I am not happy nor pleased like I said Gil was excellent no complaining I would love to do business with him again but the lady who answers the phone and doesn't know anything is giving this place a terrible rating on customer service. I am still waiting on my check and now its been two weeks into this and nothing. I am going to pay my car on the 20th because that's what I agreed when I was there but I am not happy about how I am being treated. And to add on I see the owner can seem to always have a smart remark on here and read and comment back on the reviews but when I called she was never in or receptionist didn't know when she'd be in not to mention I was never called back or apologized to by anyone for their mistake not mine, My review wasn't bad it was honest but if your receptionist sucks that's not my problem that's yours you hired her, and she treated my husband the same way when he called so nobody is making anything up or trying to make your dealership look bad because its the truth, Gilbert was the best person there he should be the owner he knows how to treat people with respect and is totally awesome. And to reply on the fact you said I got treated like a perfect credit person, your dealership specialize in helping people like myself so what are you complaining about like I said how you treat people is how they will treat you I never met the owner nor spoke with her so its funny how she comments on here talking trash but for some reason is hard to get a hold of when there is a issue. If it was taking longer what happened to calling me and letting me know, not me calling to find out what is going on and being put on hold for 10-15 minutes a time. If we are honestly speaking the truth then that's the truth, not to mention on Valentines day I had to replace the altenator on the truck because when I got it it had one that was bad, I never called and complained about having to pay for that and that was 327 dollars out my pocket for a car I only had a barely a month. So don't act as if you sold me a brand new car sweetheart you sold me a used one that I have now invested 400 worth of work into and only had a month. So why you wanna try and make me look bad for asking for my check that I paid for to be sent to me why don't you apologize for being rude and your receptionist doing a poor job on customer service. I gave a good review on Gilbert who helped me and was nice and assured me getting a vehicle this review was on poor customer service from your receptionist, I work too and if I did what she did to me I wouldn't have a job because in the real perfect world as you say that is not how you treat people period point blank. Get real do your job or let Gilbert take over because your smart mouth is not a good look...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHi There Branden here, Where to start, A series of bad decisions led me to having less then perfect credit at 22 years old. I had gotten into boeimg and was making great money, but a credit score in the low 400s was not enough to get me into a car I wanted. I started hunting and found Carcraft! They had a beautiful 2002 s2000 with only 69k miles on it for 10000! Mind you this was in 2013 to 2014. I set an apointment and took two of my old cars in for trade in. I was offered 2500 for trade in on my honda del sol and 500 for my old 300zx.i knew it needed alot of work so back home the z went. We made a great deal and drove away in my preowned s2000. In 20k miles never once did she have a problem and in fact, had gotten such a good deal that when I sold it o got 13000 for it! Fast forward to 2017 I got divorced again another devastating blow to my credit! Went back to car craft again. They had a 2003 audi tt on special and I was told I could drive it away for 500 down! I was warned over the phone it wasnt perfect and best suited for a car enthusiast who wants a drivable project. Again, no proble . Gil made the car sound so micb worse over the phone then it really wa . Again never had a single problem with it everything that it needed was small and cosmetic. Then bought my 3rd vehicle. 2006 f350 from them. These trucks are known to be problematic. Gil was excited to have another opportunity to send me home with what I was looking for! Gil knew these trucks tended to be headaches as did I but we took a chance on eachother. Sure enough within a week of the purchase the truck had some problems. I am an automotive technician and Gil knew it I shot him a call with a list of all major problems with the truck. 2 hours later he called me back and we resolved it together and both parties came out happy. Truck did great till it was time to upgrad . 22000 miles in a year and a half. Finally I'm married again and my wife found a little toy on there lot that she wants. Looks like were back for round 4 see ya soon Gil. P.S These guys are here to help people in need. Yes at times they have cool and fun cars, there primary focus is to provide transportation for people with damaged credit. Understand that! The intresy is high because of the risk associated with doing business with people who have damaged credit. That means your known to default on your loans! Most of there cars are gateway cars. Meaning there only meant to last a year or 2 without significant problems so you can get your credit out of the gutter and apply for a true auto loan. Of they had nice expensive cars 20k or more as a standard you would have to put down a min of 5000 dollars and do to intrest your payment on 15000 would be about 1k a month! It's not realistic. So when you read these reviews keep in mind. Majority of the cars they sell are stepping stones and will be less then perfect, they offer a warranty be smart enough to buy it, and stop expecting the greatest car in the world! Be realistic with your expectations of viewing a 14 year old car! Tha is car craft crew. Especially you gil. Your the main reason I've come back so many times. I just bout a 2014 ram 3500 so clearly my credit is fixed. But still, coming back for a toy for the wife! Cheers to a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy boyfriend and I needed to get a car ASAP and was sketch about going to used car dealerships because we were afraid that we would get ripped off and drive home a car with a whole bunch of issues, but that was NOT the case here at Car Craft. My uncle recommended us to go to Car Craft telling us they had a whole bunch of good running cars and in great condition for a AWESOME price! We figured it wouldn't hurt to check it out because at this point we had very limited options with limited money. I also leaned on the fact that my uncle got 4+ cars from this place and hasn't had any issues. He just has a whole bunch of cars in the drive way and chooses whatever one he wants to drive for the day. Lol. He just keeps going back for more and now I know why!
The process was very smooth and simple. Gil was our sales rep and he was awesome! I didn't feel pressured into getting a car. Gil gave us details about the car we were interested in (1995 Mercedes Benz) and when we were sold after testing driving the car and checking out the specs, he actually turned his computer screen to us at his desk and broke down all the charges, fees, interest and didn't make us feel like we were signing our life away. Best part about this? I'm only on payments for a year! I'm sure I can pay it off way before a year, but I was so relieved that it wasn't a 5 year contract type thing. Gil made us laugh, he also made us feel comfortable. He didn't hassle or rush us into signing paper work and even let us choose a date of the day we want to make our payment which is another plus because I only get paid twice a month on specific dates which made things a lot easier! He also outlined fees if we were to pay late and kept reminding us about it, not because they wanted their money, but because he genuinely cared and didn't want us paying late fees.
Honestly, I wasn't suppose to be able to get a car with my credit (which is not so pretty lets be honest), but somehow-someway Gil made it work! It's like getting a second chance at life after messing up on your first try and I am so thankful there are still car dealerships like this who take that into consideration. After dealing with Gil and sealing the deal made me very confident when I walked out that door that we walked away with not only a good deal in our interest and within' our means, but an affordable car that runs great!
I look forward to doing more business with Car Craft in the future and I am definitely going to recommend ANYONE AND EVERYONE looking for an affordable and great running car to Car Craft. You definitely will get the bang out of your buck. It almost feels like you're getting over on the company, when really they just have your back so if you're car shopping and happen to stumble upon this review take me seriously when I say GIL IS GREAT AND WILL GET YOU TAKEN CARE OF!
OH and I forgot to mention, my down payment was $1000. I didn't have the full amount (as I mentioned we were limited on money) but we were able to put down $700 with the help of my uncle. Gilbert was able to make an arrangement for the remainder $300 and let me pick the...
