Originally everything was fine with my order. I ordered a full size bedroom set for my daughter, a queen for myself and a living room set. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 11, that date was changed than it was moved back to the 17 and changed again to the 21. My furniture was finally delivered today but my ottoman that was apart of my living room set was not delivered. The box spring was not ordered and I was sent the wrong mattress. The mattress I paid for was a 12 ‘ mattress but I didn’t find out until I asked about my order was that the mattress I paid for was no longer in stock and the would try and get another one. So they just sent a 10’ mattress as if that was okay without speaking with me. Now I’m being told I need to pay $281 to get a mattress of the same quality I originally ordered. So I asked for a refund and was told I told to pay a 30% restocking fee. This has been the worst experience ever with Ashley. The other store had a lady greet us then proceeded to show us a couch and went one with this big elaborate sales pitch. As soon as I mentioned we were looking for something cheaper she pointed us to the clearance section and went on with her day. I felt so bad I wanted to just go home without a couch. I pushed myself to go into the outlet and was greeted with such grace. These ladies here never made me feel unwanted. They made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase and was happy with my decision. I am so thankful for those two ladies. Only giving 5 stars due to those ladies going above and beyond. I hope that other lady reads this and fixes...

On that Monday, we called Crystal to make a payment and schedule the delivery. However, Chase flagged the transaction as unusual due to our recent move from South Korea. After calling Chase to verify the charge, I contacted Crystal again, but she was and requested that we pay for the furniture in person. We agreed to do so on March 25.
Two hours later, Crystal called to inform me that the Shreveport store had sold the furniture. This was frustrating, as it had been placed on hold and was simply awaiting payment. While we were very disappointed, we were at least relieved that we hadn’t made the 100-mile round trip only to find out the furniture had been sold to...
