Check out at this place was horrible. Lysa at the register made us feel so uncomfortable and she did not want to even apply a simple discount code. She was so high pressure sales that it almost put us right out the door without buying anything.
Literally this was the worst experience I have seen here. She kept pushing their Membership on us even after we said no multiple times. She didnt want to apply the 20% coupon we had. THEN she made some kind of false statement about how the 20% coupon would pay for the membership. Not only is this factually incorrect from a math perspective but it was legally unethical to say these things.
She sure didnt know how to read people because all three of us were uncomfortable and I use to work in sales. We even went as far as to tell her "How about we just come back tomorrow with the ad" when she didn't want to help us out. If that isn't a direct clue that you are pushing the wrong buttons that your customer is willing to abandon their entire cart at the register and come back the next (and hopefully not see you) I don't know what is.
I don't say this often or take it lightly...but I really hope she DOES get fired because with customer skills like that she can only do harm...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would lol, because I drove an hour to this store to get a motorcycle mount and i’m not sure if it was because it was 15 before closing time that the guy and lady who worked their shift last night just had a not welcoming attitude and when i asked for a product availability the guy did not even acknowledge me and went straight for the product number and the other lady went to check in the back. Comes to find out the product isn’t back there, but it showed online it was available and I also called before going today to make sure it was available so I did not have to waste my time again and sure enough they had two of them. Customer service was horrible. I cannot speak for the rest of the employees, but for the lady and guy yesterday 12/14/24 at 8:35pm working that shift did not provide good customer service....
Read moreI will never go to this particular location ever again. Lisa is the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever met. We spend alot of money at Harbor Freight monthly and she treats us like dirt beneath her feet when we go there. I just called to inquire about a power tool. I am 80 miles away and just wanted to make sure they had what I need in stock before I drove the distance. Guess who answered the phone...LISA!! She informs me she has a line of people a mile long and she can't help me at moment. I very politely ask was someone else availible who can help me. She then very rudely tells me to call back later, I tell her my distance away and she pops off "then you better get to driving". Obviously Lisa did not come from my part of the country because disrespect like that is dealt with. You lost a good customer...
