I would say it was a bad trip if it wasn’t for the young girl that helped me. My phone was broken so I had no way to call assureon about my Replacing my phone. Which yes the reason for the star missing is because I pay for insurance for yrs and never use it. The one time I need to I go in to find out that you can’t claim your warranty at the place I bought the phone. With that being said the young girl could have just sent me on my way but she didn’t she sat down with me to figure out how to get all the passwords I need to even make a claim then loaned me her phone for at least 15mins to make my claim. If it would be for her I would probably be done with AT&T. You don’t realize what all u can’t do till your phone that you have had for two yrs with 10yrs of data in it no longer functions. Read more11/21/19 I walk into AT&T Alexandria with full intent of cancelling after 18 years of service. 3 days of trying to speak to a supervisor on the phone and people in India NEVER answering my questions, transferring me to someone in Mexico City who I could never understand due to their lack of knowledge. I repeatedly asked for Loyalty Dept and was told they WERE the Loyalty Dept. I knew thy were lying and decided to visit my local store to cancel and go with another carrier.
Your representative, Allison Williams met me with a smile, listened to my frustrations and began working on a solution. Keep in mind, I still wanted to just cancel, but her knowledge, understanding and eagerness to assist me made me listen and convinced me to stay with AT&T.
Please know she is worth more to your company and the people she serves than I could ever express. In today’s world of “entitlement,” we are all in need of MANY Allison’s!!

Their customer service sucks across the board, they argue with you, every person you talk to gives you a different story and then lies to you about what they did or didn't do and can or can't do. When you show up justified for a credit on your bill after returning a phone that they tell you they shouldn't have taken back in the first place, the store manager says she'll discuss it with the area manager, but not to hold my breath waiting for the $821 credit they owe me for the returned phone, AND that since the phone line was only charged $500 after credit they owed me from the previous bill, that $500 was all she was asking for instead of the full amount of the phone. I will definitely be cancelling my services with them and NEVER looking back. I'll stick to Consumer Cellular. They actually work and have excellent customer service at...
