If I could give no stars I would. But after 2 attempts to get it right and going back to take the flowers back on Valentine's day and giving the wrong ones again after spending nearly a hundred dollars, country heart expressed no remorse but only said we're only human. I will not use this place again and hopefully you won't either. We must stick together to let places like this understand that we pay for a service to be done correctly and not whatever they want. The water was almost black and the Flowers were wrong colors of all days Valentine's Day. Thanks for reading and let businesses know that this will not be tolerated. *Response to the response, NO partial refund was given, the flowers were paid for by cash and no one has contacted me about a refund, there again not telling the truth to make yourself look better for a terrible job done. I recommend Country Heart to everyone for wedding flowers! To start, they were the most reasonably priced florist I’ve encountered. Their staff are very friendly and have lots of knowledge about flowers and designs. When planning for my wedding, I had pictures but didn’t know any flower names. Madison sat down with me and put the ideas in my head on paper, and then created them for my special day. She listen to me and also gave great suggestions! The delivery of my flowers was painless!!! They arrived on time and made everything picture perfect, no hassle at all!! I visit the shop closer to my wedding day, and the everyone at the shop was so friendly and greeted us with smiles. During the entire process, I put total confidence in Country Heart to make my special perfect... and that they did!! After my wedding, people were texting/messaging me every few days asking about who did my flowers. Now myself, and all my friends have used/ will use Country...

Truly disappointed. I have ordered from this florist many times over the past decade and was always satisfied, however, they seem to have lost their "Country Heart." I live out of state and have been taken advantage of by this business. I placed an order several weeks in advance, requesting a particular, advertised floral arrangement. I also requested that it be delivered before 1 p.m. and it not be left on the doorstep outside. Even though they charge for the delivery, they would not give a delivery time window. So, I had to change the date of delivery. They were very uncooperative and rude. The floral arrangement was not as advertised. It was to have red roses, white chrysanthemums, and red chrysanthemums.
