Home Outlet — Local services in Alexandria

The shipping/ receiving manager is awful, they talk to us like something beneath their feet.. someone does not realize we have homes/office too!! WE ARE CUSTOMERS TOO! I understand cutoff for receiving is 4pm, I arrived at 4:15pm! STORE CLOSES AT 6PM!!! When the truck is loaded with 13 stops and this store is last on list to deliver 1 bundle once a week is not but a quick offload and I can go home to sleep in my bed ! Before I go pickup the next load for Home Outlets across the southeast, which this is the only HomeOutlet that has a problem with drivers of any sort.This disrespectful ignorance is unacceptable for anyone, enough is enough . I've delivered numerous stores up to and even past 6pm on a few occasions with very nice staff working with me to stay late where I could go home to my family . Someone explain to me how one store can be so different in receiving than the other stores? Just trying to get a job done , please help with this situation by a regional Manger or someone level headed enough to try to compromise to help these drivers out..thank...

I have been looking for one thing for months, an 18in 4 drawer kitchen base cabinet. Yes other places have base cabinets. No other places don't have 4 drawers. Not only did they have the cabinet i was looking for, but i was shocked to learn that the cabinet box was all wood! You go other places is only a wood front. I got my cabinet and did a little dance! They even helped me load it in my car. I didnt wonder, cuz in a store like this i can and will find something else. Rest assured the Home Outlet is high on my list for my home...
