Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Alexandria

2-4-22 Update Thats a wrap. Im done. I will not waste another $40 on garbage food. We visited this location at 11am, should be fresh food at that time i would think considering its roughly early lunch time. I ordered 3 burgers, 2 totes and 1 fry, 1 Soft Pretzel and an order of Jalapeño Poppers. This was hands down my worst fast food experience. All of the burgers had stale bread and I mean completely stale bread, completely inedible. I took the patty out so it wasn’t a complete waste and found an overcooked, dry patty. The lettuce was nasty, tomatoes were no good and the burger was a cold mess. All of the burgers were like this. The tots and fries were old, undercooked and nasty, the cheddar peppers were close to okay. They were also undercooked but still edible. I wasted $40 of my money on this and no I didn’t go back because I honestly don’t think it would have mattered. I will not be visiting this sonic again, When I pay for food I expect some sort of effort to go into it being made. I put in 100% when I do my job because thats what I’m paid to do. Do your job correctly or find a new job, be it the cook, server or manager. Ridiculous 😡. I would give Zero...

Just left this store location and my experience was….odd. First, the woman taking our order over the speaker sounded extremely put out and like she didn’t want to take any orders. Told us the slush machine was down and have no clue when it will be back up and running. We did order some popcorn chicken and it was good. Okay let’s skip to the odd part….the carhop who brought our order out to us asked us if we would like to make a “cash donation for their coworker who recently passed away from cancer.” She stated they don’t have any go fund me page and just wanted cash tips to help the family. She said they knew she “was going to pass but not so suddenly and that the doctors thought she was asleep” then she cuts herself short on that thought and follows it with “What’s the name of the cancer? Oh I forgot but it starts with a C.” LOL not trying to be rude and MAYBE she is being honest but it rubbed me the wrong way and maybe before asking for donations in the future she needs to learn the type of cancer her coworker passed from and have something a little more “office” looking? Would probably return if the slush...

me , my wife and 11 year old went to the Ville Platte location 12/15/20. the last three times we went my daughter gets the tender dinner we always specify fries instead of Tots. last night the order was done the screen show fries substitute. when the individual brought the order out she even read the order with fries. well we open the dinner and it had tots. well I pushed the button and the came out to to get the order. with the COVID 19 going on we did not want the food played with and then returned. then they said well we need the tots back. the last time it happened they took the food and swapped it out and brought it back. well we gave the tots back in a napkin.then they brought some fries out. but my point is that this place need some traing on how to read a order when you plainly say no tots and then they bring tots. this location needs some work or train their people. its a poor excuse, all the locations need to be like the one in Pineville LA. that is a awsome location. maybe they can do some training for the...
