Absolutely atrocious!! I honestly do not understand how this place has any good reviews. I needed my eternity wedding band rebuilt due to damage. I had to wait weeks for an appointment with the designer because she only works at the store one evening a week. At that visit, we were told that she had a good idea of what we wanted and to set up a follow up appointment a few weeks later to view the renderings she was supposed to do. When we arrived for that appt, she had done absolutely no drawings and didn't even have notes about what we had discussed at our first visit. That was the first red flag. The first meeting was in September, at which time we told Kings that we would be moving out of the area in December so we would like to have it NO LATER than early December. We were told 8 weeks from the 2nd appt, which was Oct. 3. After 15 weeks and NO COMMUNICATION unless it was initiated by me, it was all for naught. I never got my ring and had to pick up the loose stones and metal only to start all over with another jeweler. Unbelievably awful. If you want more details, read on.

After 10 weeks, I hadn't hear anything back so I called to check on the progress. That proved to the first of far too many calls I had to make to light a fire under them to get this ring done. After 13 weeks, I called to remind them that I as leaving in a couple of weeks. I was told that the designer had a problem with the metal, but that that was resolved and I should have the ring soon. Another week went by with no communication. I emailed again to remind them of my impending departure and was told they would check with the designer again. The designed then emailed me saying she would have it completed in the next few days and would notify me when I could pick up the ring. That was Dec. 10 and I was leaving on Dec. 15. When I reminded her of that, she said the best thing to do would be for her to "dismantle" the ring and issue us a full refund. To make matters worse, when I offered them the option to mail the ring to me if it was close to being done if they would give me a discount on the balance of the ring, the manager flat out said no, she wouldn't do that and I should come pick up the stones/metal that day. This place is incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful and cannot deliver what they say they will. Save yourself time and aggravation and...

WNDRSLTLAK made the decision to go with King's for a piece that was very sentimental for her. We put a lot of trust in King's. We told them from day 1 that we had a deadline. If they could meet the deadline, great. If not, no hard feelings, we'll just go some place else. You'd think that a business that likes to pride themselves on having been in business since 1955 would know if they could meet certain deadlines or not.

Not only did they hold on to the piece for double their quoted time (!), they never finished it. They wrote that she wanted the ring in 5 days. Yes! That was the original due date they knew about when we first met with them. Don't let them fool you that WNDRLSTLAK gave them an unreasonable deadline. The worst part in all this - King's lack of communication. All comms were initiated by WNDRLSTLAK. Unacceptable and unprofessional. If you're running behind or don't think you can finish a project, YOU reach out to the customer, not the other way around.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this amazing jewelry store, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received. I had a broken watch that I thought would take weeks to fix, but to my surprise, they were able to repair it in just 30 minutes!

Not only did they fix my watch quickly, but they also quoted me a price that was much lower than I expected. To my delight, when I went to pick it up, they informed me that the repair was MUCH cheaper, which was an incredibly generous gesture on their part.

On top of all this, they also took the time to clean my watch, which looked as good as new when I left the store. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience.
