We loved this place at first and seen great progress with our baby. We were told that in any situation were we couldn’t make it, that it’s okay as long as we made it up or had an excuse if my baby was sick. He got sick twice from there with the flu. We were told that they do not have time to disinfect anything but once a day and that’s at the end of the day. We made up days that we missed, including days that they canceled us themselves. We were given a paper showing my baby’s make up days and were told that he’s good. Yet, one day I had called to see if they had a later time due to stuff that was going on, i called at 7:43 when it show that they open at 7:45. They called me back and told me that they were dropping my baby due to me not calling before 7:30. Then they tried to say oh well he missed 4 days. He also made then days up and had an excuse! I’m not sending my sick child who feel bad anywhere so he can get other kids sick or so he can have a bad day and not want to do anything because he feel bad. I hate that due to my baby loving Sarah and getting excited to see us pull up there and run straight to the door full speed for her and not wanting to leave her when it’s time to go. I got a phone call from MB Therapy the next business day after I posted my review and they were able to solve all of my concerns! They are great providers; we had a wonderful experience in our office visit and I would be happy to take my children to see them.

I have been beyond frustrated with this office. I called multiple times over a few months to get an appointment. After reaching them, I took my daughter for an evaluation on Jan 22. Let me say that I loved the therapist, and our office visit was great. She really took the time to answer my questions. But now, it’s been 3 months (as of this review it is April 26) and I have not heard a word back from them regarding their plan for my daughter, or getting a copy of their evaluation so I could take her elsewhere (we recently moved). I’ve left phone messages and most recently when I called, the mailbox was full and unable to accept messages.

Great therapists- but perhaps taking on too great a client load if they don’t have time to respond to messages or keep in touch...

If one word comes to mind it’s FAMILY! MB Therapy is a place where your child isn’t just a case, not just a file. Your child is family to them, they pray, they love, they worry over your child because your child is more to them then just a patient who walks through their door. We love our MB a therapy Family because they are just that, they are family!!!!

I have seen so much progress with Caffrey but I also have seen so much strength in us as a family overcoming the obstacles before us.
