They need to place a cone in the drive thru so cars cant drive up to the window. The white lady that's there at 5:30pm on Thursday, July 24, 2025 wearing the red shirt and long brown hair. Came to the window. Never opened it to even greet and say someone will be with you. Instead she reached up for something and walked away. Super rude. It's raining. And i already walked inside once. I cannot walk in the rain carrying 6 pizzas. So i went to the drive thru. If you don't like your job or if it's too overwhelming, then find a job that will help you to have better customer service skills. Especially because that's how you get paid. If no one was buying food, you wouldn't have an income. Be positive in life and not treat customers as if they're bothering you. But again block off the drive thru because it was full of employees and not one came to the window. I singled her out because she physically walked to the window and didn't acknowledge we were even there. Just sad. We literally sat there 20 mins. And no one helped. And yes I am a customer. I just purchased 3 days ago. But i will not be returning after today. Good Customer service matters to me. Take some lessons from Pizza Hut across the street. Because they would never. Multiple employees will check on you as they see you're in the drive...
Read moreI ordered online for my family to pick up since I was still working. After I received their msg my pizza was ready I called my mom to let her know. 10 minutes after that my daughter called and said they were leaving bc they had asked 4 employees about my order and none of them explained what was wrong.
I called the location and admittedly I was irrate. However when the person on the phone basically called my mother a liar, I was in my truck speeding across town to tell him about himself. He claimed his entire staff had explained to her for the "last 30 minutes" they had to remake the pizza. I used to work at a couple of pizza companies and remaking 2 pizzas doesn't take 30 minutes to begin with.
When I got there a young lady handed my order and I in a hurry didn't check it. When I got home the order was wrong so I call them on my way to the store and the same guy answers so I explain what was wrong and he doesn't even reply he just hands the phone to the young lady and she straightens it out for me.
Needless to say, this experience has soured my heart towards Papa John's on Jackson Street. Customer service goes a long way for me and whoever that guy was doesn't understand what customer...
Read moreThis Papa John’s location is absolutely horrible. The management is terrible and they do not know how to stay organized when they’re busy! I called them to check on my order. They say it was delivered and it never showed up to me! So I had to call again after waiting an hour and 45 minutes for my order and it still never came! They tried to give me an old pizza for their mess up and no management was able to help me at all! They do not put the customers first ! Management is wearing slides while making your pizza! They say they are so busy, but I don’t have a person inside and they are ALLL CHILLING when I make it to the store ! They are full excuses and when they messed up, they do not take ownership of their mistakes at all!!! The GM was not even considered to this issue… And it’s like I had to force them to remake my pizza after almost 2 hours!!! Please go anywhere else for your pizza but here! The store needs a new management and a new GM to run this...
