I’ve been going to Pattons for several years and have always been treated with courtesy and respect. The store is always clean and sales reps always professional. I’m not a great big spender but have purchased several $$-$$$ pieces. The latest purchase came with a very fine(delicate)chain. It broke. It’s cost at purchase was valued at approx $75-$100. I took it in to be fixed and was told it wasn’t fixable and it’s value was $3! So my only other option was to purchase a new chain for the wife’s pendant. I paid $200 for a new chain that on value if broke is probably $5. My wife has very short hair but this new chain still got tangled and bent/broke the soldered ring that held the chain to the clasp. Pattons Fine Jewelry couldn't have been more accommodating and wonderful to help with my purchase. Also, they cleaned my wedding ring that has a large white sapphire stone. I have had other jewelry stores clean it and no one has ever come close to making that stone sparkle! Not only for a day or two, but a week later, it still was sparkling and beautiful! The process they used to clean my ring definitely was the best ever. Pattons offered to clean my ring whenever I needed it done. I was blown away by the "family" atmosphere and how very kind and personable they all were. Patton’s Fine Jewelry is amazing. It was a Friday and I had to have my ring for Monday morning, which was a holiday. I found out that all men’s rings come in size “10” standard and from there you have to get them sized. I needed a different size. There was only 1 other jewelry store in Cenla that had a Jeweler and they were leaving in 30 minutes for the holidays. Patton’s was the only Jewelry store, including all Dept. stores, fine stores as well in all of Central La. that had multiple sizes in stock of white & yellow gold. They also had their Jewelry in store and was more than happy to make our wedding special. Amy also gave me a nearly 20% discount as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
